Zalensky's UN Speech Assessment

We SUPPORT FREEDOM OF SPEECH AND DECENT--- As an UN observer and former Model United Nations rag rat, Al Mina, decided to do some heavy lifting and researched some of the items in Mr. Zalensky's talking points in his UN general assembly address on how he plans to convince the world community that he has a solution to what could be a looming world war three event or (atleast that's how it sounded to Al, after listening to it late night and tired after a few hours researching the information in Mr. Zalensky's talking points). If Al managed to miss anything, and it is possible, since he, only had 5 hours of sleep on the day he listened to the speech. Please help him out and gently point it out to him.
