Federal Member for Warringah Zali Steggall hasjust returned from a sitting fortnight in parliament where the Scumo regime rammed its gutting of the Environmental Protectiona and Biodiversity Protection Act under cover of the Covid19 pandemic. She speaks to us about the flaws in the new act and the process and about her proposed amendments which were not even debated.
