Zayna McDonald

In this episode of We Are Crayons – The Podcast, we chat with Trinidad & Tobago Performing Artist and Creative Director Zayna McDonald. Zayna believes in living deliberately, embracing her sensitivity and using it to drive her creativity and the work she puts out into the world. As if being an agency Creative Director and performing artist wasn’t enough, Zayna is also pursuing a Masters in the widely fascinating field of Clinical Mental Health in Expressive Arts Therapy. We chat it up with her about her awe and respect for colour, the role of spontaneity in her creativity and the very real power of art to heal the mind and spirit. We say thanks to Zayna for sharing her thoughts with us. Do connect with her where she plays most on the socials Instagram @justzayna and Tik Tok @zuzuthezayna.
