Zechariah 5:5-11

Zechariah 5:5-11 Series: Zechariah Teacher: Ray Kelly Sunday Morning Date: 4th October 2026 Passage: Zechariah 5:5-11 ------------------- In today's message we look at Zechariah's vision of the woman in the ephah, who is explicitly called "wickedness." To understand this we survey the city of Babylon, from its founding under Nimrod in Genesis 10, its prophesied demise in Jeremiah 50-51, the capture without a battle in Daniel 5, right through to the eventual ruination described in Revelation 17-18. Through all this, we see God always has the measure of wickedness. He will deal with all wickedness in the end, even that found in the most powerful nations in the world.
