With this understanding of "the nature of miracles", the רבי answers the questions on the מדרש from the beginning of the מאמר: There are indeed two perspectives on what to focus on in miracles, and שלמה is teaching us to focus on the source of these two perspectives - עצמות - and to express this connection to עצמות within our world.How is that done? Through תורה. Hence the three steps in the מדרש of "יראה, תורה, ישועה"!
