Zen and the Missing Blood Orange

Recipes below.Radiant Dawn1 1/2 oz Vodka1/2 oz Curacao2 oz Orange Juice (preferably Blood Orange)2-4 Jalapeno Coins (plus 2 for garnish)3/4 oz of Ginger SyrupMuddle the jalapeno coins in an empty shaker with the ginger syrup. Add the vodka, curacao, orange juice. Shake with ice until chilled. Double strain over a rocks glass filled with ice. Garnish with orange wheel, jalapeno coins and candied ginger.Zen Rum-ble1 1/2 oz Light Rum1/2 oz Ginger Liqueur1/2 - 3/4 oz Green Tea Syrup1 oz Fresh Lime JuiceCombine all ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake for 10-12 seconds. Double strain into a coupe glass and garnish with a fresh or dehydrated lime wheel.
