中国电影事业发端于20世纪初，1905年北京丰泰照相馆创办人任景丰拍摄了由谭鑫培主演的《定军山》片断，这是中国人自己摄制的第一部影片。1930年明星影片公司和友联影片公司试制成功蜡盘发音有声影片《歌女红牡丹》和《虞美人》。1931年华光片上有声电影公司在日本完成中国第一部片上发音影片《雨过天晴》。到1935年，中国完成了从无声电影到有声电影的过渡。本期节目将回眸中国电影在发展初期至抗战胜利期间所创作出激荡中华儿女心灵的音乐作品。节目创意 / 策划 / 编辑 / 制作 / 播音 ：小磊
