Zimbabwean president Emmerson Mnangagwa does not have to release the report from the Kgamlema Motlanthe led Commission of Inquiry. According to the presidential spokesperson George Charamba, Mnangagwa is not obliged to release the report from the inquiry which looks into the killing of six people in Harare after Zimbabwe’s elections in August this year.
