A Zimbabwe magistrate yesterday [Tuesday] released the country's Prosecutor General Johannes Tomana on bail. Tomana the country's first Prosecutor General was arrested on Monday on a charge of criminal abuse of office in a case involving president Robert Mugabe's Gushungo dairy business. The state says Tomana obstructed the course of Justice when he dropped charges against two of four men accused of attempting to bomb the president's dairy business. The four appeared in court yesterday* facing a fresh charge of treason.
