Zoe Bingley-Pullin is as vibrant as the food she brings to the table as a nutritionist, chef, TV presenter, wife and mother and now author of the new book Eat Your Way to Healthy Hormones.

Best known for TV shows Good Chef Bad Chef and The House of Wellness, Zoe shares her personal story dealing with the challenges of IVF, perimenopause and motherhood, plus a blossoming media career and how food was a guiding light in dealing with it all.

You will hear about her dedication to coffee and cheese, and  her dream dinner party guests and menu are out of this world.

It’s an interesting battle in the Food Poll this week as we pit the Salada against the Sao. Who gets the bikkies?
