Empowering Children Through Culinary Education

Just two hours south of San Diego, in the heart of Valle de Guadalupe, a powerful movement is taking shape. On this episode of The Jeremiah Show, Jeremiah sits down with Amar Harrag and David Steel of the Ethos Baja Foundation to discuss their mission to build a culinary school at Rancho de los Niños—an orphanage that has provided a safe home for vulnerable children for over 55 years.

This isn’t just about food. It’s about creating opportunity, teaching real-world skills, and giving these children a path forward. From building a baby nursery to launching a community-driven culinary program, Amar and David share how passion, hospitality, and purpose are coming together to break cycles and build futures—one life at a time.

Join us for an unforgettable evening where great food, great people, and a powerful purpose come together.
