Zoe Howard is an  Appalachian Rock artist who is from a small town in East Kentucky, Salyersville,  KY. She has had an interest in music from an early age when in church listening  to the praise team. Zoe began voice lessons at the age of 5 with a local  instructor, Mike Hall. She then moved to Clyde Porter, a voice/ music instructor  located at the famous Mountain Arts Center, located in Prestonsburg, KY. Zoe has  been a student of Clyde’s since she was 6 years old. She picked up acoustic  guitar from Clyde and then continued her interest in playing other instruments  such as drums, variety of percussions, and electric guitar. She also had  mandolin lessons from a Kentucky native by the name of Don Rigsby. Zoe has  performed on many occasions and a variety of stages throughout her 17 years. She  has also been recently employed part time, at the Mountain Arts Center as  spotlight tech or whatever is needed. Her band Yellow Line was  created with the mindset to just follow that Yellow Line on the highway to  wherever music leads them. They are all related through and by the Mountain Arts  Center located in Star City, Prestonsburg,  KY.
