What does it mean to be invisibly allergic? Zoe Slaughter joins me in The Allergy Dragon's Lair Podcast to share her life journey with her peanut allergy. Zoe lives in Louisville, Ky, just like me. I met Zoe at Rainbow Blossom on one of my wellness Wednesdays.  Not only did we have food allergies, but autoimmune diseases as common ground to discuss. But we also shared a love of food, and sharing knowledge to help everyone in our allergy community.  Zoe shares how researching her allergies led to the creation of her blog.
