Zwick Pleads Guilty in Chelsea Davidenas Murder | Calgary News

Steven Aaron Zwick just pleaded guilty to second-degree murder in the shocking death of Chelsea Davidenas, facing a life sentence for his role in her brutal killing. Alongside Paul Joseph Rushton, Zwick lured Davidenas to their home under false pretenses — promising GHB use — only to ambush her, restrain her, and film the assault for profit. During the attack, Zwick strangled her with his arm and a blanket while Rushton bound her limbs; she died within minutes. Her body was left behind for days before being moved and eventually discovered behind trees. Investigators uncovered chilling texts hinting at plans to target another victim, and Zwick coldly admitted he didn’t care about her death, calling it “deserved.” In a rare moment of remorse, Zwick apologized to Davidenas’s family, including her young daughter, during emotional impact statements. Rushton remains free on bail, awaiting trial in 2027. Listen in comfort:Get a discount on a Soli Pillow: http://solipillow.com/discount/dnn.
