A quick snippet today! We been out & about and decided to do a short episode. I whipped out my MP3 & Ox decided to talk about the book they just finished, "Tender is the Flesh". Yeah. So cannibalism, lots of it. Be prepared for spoilers and a gross horror.

We talk mostly about books today, the POVs as well as how while I enjoy the concepts in this one book, I cannot take the YAPPING that happens. Ox talks about a book of colors and classism. Hey peeps, the quality may be lil eh this eppy. as, per the name, we are broadcasting from a 'dungeon'. It was short notice but hey, got things on the brain. Such as: Aging dogs & supplements, Fanfics, Cults. The usual I guess.

Today we talk about beef, capital B-beef. Rapping cows I guess? Also, we talked about Whore Horses. Ecco the extienstal dread. Disney's Star War hotels and essays. And we end off with metal-work and some of my chapter 2 in my fanfic.

Today we got into it. Into the vizz, the bizz, the hazbinz. Our not-so-constructive criticism regarding Hazbin Hotel, our feelings on it and its many issues, and how religious mythology plays into it. Then we wrapped up with a cool-down of your favorite thing! Halo fanfic! BTS of my next chapter and ideas to make the readers cry.

It's halfway into January and its the new year! And we both had some... interesting turns of the year. Ever heard of 'Podcast But Outside'? Yeah, kinda like that but 10x worse. Hear a review of the new 'Boy and the Heron', bookstore romp, swing by for lunch and to pick up water and a car ride! Then we end up in Ox's apartment to give our wishes for 2024. We aren't dead!

Today is Book club! That was supposed to happen last episode but that portion got lost...yeah. We end up getting through only the intro & 3 chapters cause there's so much to cover. Beginning we talk about an isekai, booktok then book club staring: House of Leaves! Get ready, cause that one is gonna take a while.

We're back, in my new house, in my actual office! The funny thing is, my office seems to be getting bigger. That's weird. We catch up. Talk about dating, work. And then vent about the craziness of Booktok then dive into our book of the day: House of Leaves. -correction: that last part of the episode got lost. Will be in the next one! We've been gone, but we're back with an extra long one to catch ya up to speed on what we want to share! Some life changes: minus a person, home ownership. Ox talks to me about some very bummer books. Topics: War and Nazis so be prepped for that. It's not a great time. Well, that segment anyways isn't. I also get hissed at and I crack Ox's back which....yeah no, call me Dr. Pepper but they need that more often that was too many cracks like a glow stick. Happy New Year, We're into the 1st month and we chat about the general vibe we had of 2022 and how we may have opened on our 2023. Chatter about where I left off in HxH and other life updates while Ox tried finding their notes to begin Myth Corner. It's War and babies time! The 1st of many to come in mythology, there's a lot of them. The og Telenovella if you will.

We get back together post-Thanksgiving holiday where I explain how my youth right now is a curse and that hopefully someday my genetics will be great, but right now I fear the cops being called on me and Anthony. Also talked about ants in anime, and got into myths yes, yes, I know we keep trying and failing to do myth corner BUT NOT THIS TIME! We will be on top of it. We only got one brain cell people please remember that. Anyways ciao~

On the spooky day of today, we gather to summon our one brain cell, to talk about candy, teeth, video games, and jobs. While Ox gets bothered by my dorky son who is needy for their attention. We got a bit scrambled today but that's alright. Be safe and get some sweet treats.

As always we try to stay on track but life just gets in the way sometimes, ya know? Sirius was a little too happy that Ox was over today and proceeded to not leave them alone for more than a minute. We chit chat about getting tricked into movies you didn't know you were seeing, doggy daycare, doggy prison, birth controls and a mystery pink sauce that TikTok can't get enough of. Don't buy sauce from strangers, much less when it is super sussy sauce and may poison you. Just be safe, use your noggin.

Post-wedding baby, its official. We catch up to refresh. Ox rants about their boi n his infinity for talking to everyone, everywhere, anytime. They feel rage. Understandably. Talk about turtles and a story to remind you that riptides don't play games. Be safe, on land & sea. Also air if you can help it (which ya really don't unless you're the pilot... ain't that something to think about?)

Today was a bit short. Some minor wedding updates mostly was Ox talking about that new hit tv show Euphoria and how akin to Romero & Juliet it is. Sorry for the quality, This was a episode last Saturday when we were on the beach (don't worry, everyone was safe and distanced....and a little sunburnt). It is months and we have finally gotten back together. A month went by into the void and we are back and staying safe as we can. Welcome into our cold opening of making spinach dip. Then we eat the spinach dip (asmr time) and chit chat some things like how Jannel wants to leave this ungodly land via a death by coma/ghost haunting, the actual beginning to a myth we discussed in a previous episode "Mythical Gameshow" and some other jazz. Today we announce our name change to better depict how our podcast is going. We also have our lovely guest, Madison, back from upstate college to join us.
