200 Days (to kill a teacher)
by Jason Horton
A reflective ramble about the gelastic evidence based, data driven, feedback seeking, open ended, inquiry based platform that is not what fresh faced and bright eyed teachers signed up for when they decided to become a teacher. In the thick fog of heavy acronyms and rebranded approaches, I will try to discover a seed of pedagogical understanding amongst the increasing mountainous rubble that used to be my desk.Hopefully at some point I will stop feeling like I am the only one that sees the highly scaffolded elephant at the PD or see action from one of the many meetings I attended in the week
