I'm RAN31SHA :) (Ra - knee - sha)There came a point in my spiritual / personal development / healing journey where I felt overwhelmed with how much I felt I still had "left" to heal. When one part of me would deepen and expand, another part of me would "pop up" and expose itself for healing and transformation. Heavy. Serious. Intense. What is this for? It's never enough. Until I realized it never would be enough until I decided I was enough. And so I did.I also decided that I don't have to heal and expand, I GET to. And. I GET to make myself LAUGH while I heal and expand. If anything, it was a requirement for me. When I looked around and realized and reflected on the ripple effect my focus on my own healing, growth, and transformation had on those around me. I saw how my relationship with myself had improved.
