Man alive, so much of this episode got cut out. Also I was listening to Mastadon's whole discography last week. Not too keen on the new stuff, but man, they sure are something.

Welcome to 2026! We're here, right at the start of it, to start our new gimmick; Book, then movie.This week, we went with The Housemaid, which was a quick read for most of us, and not the worst movie in the world.

Man alive this was tough to get through. I hated these people. The movie, not the people in the podcast. They're all fine. Hey, look over there...

Man, this Jonas Brothers movie was lame, BUT, we aren't the audience for it. Leslie's mic is fixed, and another week of some good, some bad movies.

So Golden Bachelor Season 1, eps 2 and 3...who cares. Keith and I also started 30 movies in 30 days for all of November, and Keith was showing Salo for the first time...he'll never be the same.

Sure we've been gone for almost 6 months, but who's counting. Anyways, sorry for the echo sound on this episode, it won't be on the next one.

We didn't talk too much about the movie, instead we discussed gay cinema, tropes and shows we hate, and everything else...except the movie.

Man alive, this documentary on Netflix made us all angry. What despicable people. Also, what's going on Wednesdays?

We're back after a long break. Technically we recorded last week, but the audio quality sucked since I recorded it wrong. Anyways this is the Monkey, and how Keith is a terrible driver.

We celebrate episode 150 with a boring movie, Keith bringing up Anora again, and Robb going on a tirade about how the Oscars are for sale, and have been since the late 90's.

In today's episode, we have Sam joining us, so it was mayhem. We discussed a little bit of Yellowjackets, a little bit of Milf Manor, and a whole lot of other nonsense.

We watched the first 2 shows of Yellowjackets Season 3, and they were awesome!Also we watched As Good As It Gets earlier in the day, as that is how I tell the women I am in bed.

Given that Hellraiser is such a romantic film, we also discussed romance films we like.

People are orange, Robb is racist, Keith is a pushover who got forced to buy the wrong glasses. Karen wasn't in the room for hartik tikka tikka, and Leslie is Keith's muscle.

This movie wasn't very good, but we talked a lot about who would have sex with a robot first.

We watched the Anna Kendrick directorial debut, and it wasn't bad!

This film is trash, and undeserving of any accolades it is getting. What a clear indicator that awards rarely mean quality. This was 1.5 hours of recording, and I did what the editor of Anora couldn't do...I removed a lot of repetition, and banality. But Robb, if you got rid of the banality, why is there any audio at all? To which I respond...well done. Comedy. Also, no idea why I was so obsessed with a redemption arc. The best movies don't have them. Keith has a redemption arc though.

We recorded this right before Christmas. How joyful.

In this episode we talk about the very forgettable "Killer Heat", and then proceed to spend 35 minutes talking about books.

We talk about Strange Darling, and at the start of the podcast, I'm not a fan of the actress (Willa Fitzgerald) in the film, but by the end of the podcast, I was won over. In the follow up days since recording, I'm now a fan, she was great! Plus she ruled in Fall of the House of Usher. Also, Keith has a demented MILF obsession, as well as a real liking for Mandy Moore.

I'll stop being so pissy and instead of saying this sucked, I'll just say this was as good as I expected it to be.

This was a weird movie, and an even weirder conversation. Also Keith is joining the X-Men.

Man alive, this movie was boring. So boring we took to the internet to look at horror tropes.

We spend the majority of this episode talking about boobs. If you know me, you know how I can easily fill a 40 minute conversation with boobs.

Today's episode is all about Irish Wish, a recent movie with Lindsay Lohan. Not enough Irish, and not enough cocaine.

My god...how are we back here again.

Man alive, this show was trash, and we love our trash, but this was boring trash. We decided our next 3 - 4 shows...are back to a more familiar territory.

It's the conclusion that no one was waiting for. And a mention for our next show.

This one literally descends into madness.

This show, is legit the dumbest thing I have ever watched, and I totally get the fascination with this kind of garbage. It's a dumpster fire you can't look away from!

We had a stand in for Leslie this episode, Phil! Good ol Phil. Some may remember that Phil and I used to do a YouTube podcast called Watch & Complain. I was the young handsome one.

This was a fine movie, not great, not terrible. And Canadian! Also, while I was gone...these guys got depressing.

This was an Italian move from 1992, and man, it was bad. So many...well, you'll find out.

This was a movie based on the Stanford Prison experiment, that was pretty shitty. Now we have to watch a documentary on the Stanford Prison experiment. Standford? Stanford? I don't know, I should look it up.

We barely talk about this movie, but we don't spend near as much time on Sydney Sweeney's acting talents as we did about Elizabeth Hurley's.
