On this week's episode the 3 men and a movie podcast covers our oldest movie yet: 1977's Smokey and the Bandit. This week's episode is for the ladies! Our ladies to be specific. Jim, Wes, Nick and Dan take a request from their wives to cover a rom-com or a "girl" movie. The one they chose is none other than the iconic Legally Blonde. They guys took in this early 2000's classic to determine "Is it worth it?" What are the odds that a law student would get the opportunity to defend someone in a capital crime? It doesn't matter when you have the endless, cheery, endlessly positive demeanor of Elle Woods. Come on in, have a seat in our studio, and hang out with us while we talk about "Legally Blonde."

This week, the boys are watching a real cult classic of a film, 1984's Toxic Avenger. This was a doozy! The movie is only 83 minutes but it takes longer than that to sort it all out! From questionably dressed police officers to classic 1980s bully tropes this super hero origin story has it all and brings every bit of it to the table. Is this one worth it? Tune in to find out.

On this episode come settle in with the 3 Men and a Movie guys to catch 1995's Waterworld. Does this movie say anything about climate change? No. Is this a movie that everyone was asking for? Also no. But in 1995 this was the most expensive movie ever made. Why? Because one of the sets sank in the ocean. Wes picked this episode's movie with a strong recommendation on specifically this film in the Fast and Furious franchise. It's the 6th movie released however may not necessarily be 6th in chronological order. Friends become enemies and enemies become family in this fantastic heist movie surrounded by all the car cultural you can handle. It will leave you wanting more and eager to rewatch the original.

Join the guys this week after they watched the 1983 "spaghetti sci-fi" classic Endgame. Nope, this isn't the Avengers, there's no gauntlet snap, and nobody you could consider a "super" hero. You might have heard of "spaghetti westerns" but in the 1980s there was a short span of "spaghetti sci-fi" movies that capitalized on other popular sci-fi themes. Although, there is 1 actor who did go on to appear in an X-men film later in his career. With more scene cuts than you could imagine, 1983's Endgame is filled with telekinesis, mutants, and action. Nick and Jim have never seen "The Goonies" and people are always surprised. This is a movie that people grew up with. It has transcended generations and people still love it today.
