Daredevil Born Again Season 2 Spoiler Talk | Comic Book Corner

#DaredevilBornAgain #Daredvil #Defenders #Marvel #MCU #LukeCage #JessicaJones #IronFist    Daredevil Born Again has been a surprisingly fun show to watch. A show that took the build up of Matt Murdock's journey from the first season of the Netflix era show to his trajectory of butting heads with Kingpin, this show does a phenomenal job of keeping you invested in whats gonna happen to not only Matt but to his supporting cast. CJ and DJ Tsu talk all about Season 2 of Born Again.

  2. 999

    3BGPodcast| American Pie

Times were just simpler back in 1999. Back when it was okay for a boy to get curious and grape a pie. What!? It was warm and soft. We talk about that, the teen sex comedy genre, Hollywood being rough and THE 90'S!!!

  3. 998

Denji Sentai Megaranger | Morphin Metacast

#DenjiSentaiMegaranger #Megaranger #PRinSpace #PowerRangers #SuperSentai  Megaranger is a solid show that really makes you appreciate the ambitious material the show does especially on the visual effects front. On top of that, if you watch Power Rangers in Space, you definitely can love this show for what it is in terms of its theme and the character dynamics.

  4. 997

Mortal Kombat II | 3BG At the Movies

#MortalKombatII #MK2 #MortalKombat #Netherrealm #EdBoon    MKII hits all the notes of what people wanted out of the first MK film from a few years back. This is a film that gets straight to the point from beginning to end and it works due to the excellent pacing. Its every bit of a love letter to the franchise that will have you wanting more by the end. Definitely worth the watch.

  5. 996

    3BGPodcast| Breaking Bad Season 2

The season that gave everyone character depth and the stakes are higher. Walt and Jesse have bigger dreams than just the ABQ...well, at least Walt wants more.  #breakingbad #bryancranston #annagunn #aaronpaul #bobodenkirk

  6. 995

Michael Review | 3BG At the Movies

#Michael #MichaelJackson #MJ #AntoineFuqua #JaafarJackson For a movie that had so much potential, Michael ends up being just an "okay" biopic. This is a movie that touches on Michael Jackson as a person but is more concerned with the spectacle that was MJ once the music hits. Its a shame too because you can see the potential that this film could've really been and yet it never hits the highs to really give insight to MJ the person and the relationships he forged along the way that helped him become this iconic figure.

  7. 994

3BGPodcast| Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of The Black Pearl

This was a movie that reminded us all that when Disney allows creatives to be creative it's a wonderful thing. A movie that solidified Johnny Deep as a superstar and Pirates sexy again. We talk about the action, the actors, Jerry Bruck BABY!, and unwashed white folk.

  8. 993

    3BGPodcast| Batman Forever

No more Tim Burton! Now its time.for Joel Schumacher to have a turn. He took it back to Batman 66' with a dash of BatmanTAS and its coated in 90's awesome! Don't ask about how comic accurate it is, WE GOT JIM CARREY!!! #Batman #JimCarrey #DCComics

  9. 992

    3BGPodcast| Mobile Suit Zeta Gundam

It's been few years since the One Year War but fighting continues. Earth Federation Titans vs. A.E.U.G. Our hero this time is a Newtype named Kamille Bidan who is hurled right into the conflict. What awaits him is nothing more than the horrors of war.

  10. 991

3BGPodcast| Stop! Or My Mom will Shoot!

Sly vs. Arnold was a rivalry that help Hollywood become the behemoth it was in the 80s and 90s. During said rivalry, Arnold pump faked Stallone into one of the worse cop movies ever made. Estelle Getty didn't deserve the strays but....naw...nope, this movie is awful!  Starring- Sylvester Stallone, Estelle Getty, Roger Rees and JoBeth Williams

  11. 990

3BG At The Movies| Project Hail Mary

Science teacher Ryland Grace wakes up on a spaceship light years from home with no recollection of who he is or how he got there. As his memory returns, he begins to uncover his mission: solve the riddle of the mysterious substance causing the sun to die out.

  12. 989

    3BGPodcast| Enter The Dragon (1973)

Bruce Lee (Lee Jun-fan) is the greatest martial artist to ever live. A man who believed that martial arts discipline was the key to not only a better but a better society. Lee had over 30 films under his belt in America and Hong Kong. But it wouldn't be until after his death, his most beloved and well-known movie was released. Enter the Dragon changed martial arts and its movies forever. So you can understand why many consider Bruce Lee to be truly sent from heaven.  Starring- Bruce Lee, John Saxon, Jim Kelly, Ahna Capri, Shih Kien, Bob Wall, Angela Mao Ying and Bolo Yueng Directed By- Robert Clouse

  13. 988

    3BGPodcast| Paid In Full

No one will argue that this movie isn't a classic in Black Hollywood. It gave us absolutely everything we wanted in a hood drug movie. Excellent acting, great writing and directing, and a very close to accurate story about AZ, Rich Porter and Alpo. And yes, we some DC niggaz...we also talk about our cities Drug Kingpin Rayful Edmonds and how the stories are connected. Its a very special episode about a damn good film.

  14. 987

    3BGPodcast| South Central

Black movies during the Crack Era were dedicated to two things. Passing on lessons to pull ourselves out of this, and showing the very worse in Negro behavior. This is a very important movie that was made on the cheap. And it...DIDN'T...AGE...WELL! And sure by today's perception some of the lessons might be a bit...dated...but thats why 3BG is here! We talk about it's legacy, the acting and Carl Lumby!!! Oh...and the C.I.A. might have had a hand in this. Hey I'm just saying...

  15. 986

3BGPodcast| Sister Act 2: Back In The Habit

This movie was a flop. Not making the same amount as the first. But its cult status dwarfs the first one. You see, if you wanna be somebody and you wanna go somewhere...you better wake up and pay attention! Our boy Denzel joins us on this episode about a movie that was played endlessly in Sunday Schools.

  16. 985

    3BGPodcast| Harlem Nights

A passion project for Eddie Murphy so that he could work alongside his idol in Richard Pryor, Harlem Nights is a solid and funny film top to bottom

  17. 984

Wonder Man Recap | Comic Book Corner

#WonderMan #Marvel #Disney #YahyaAbdulMateenII #BenKingsley #MCU Wonder Man represents a different type of show in that its more concerned with being focused on the personal journey of the character than doing a typical heroes journey. In the grand scheme, its a smart choice. Wonder Man as a character has a very muddled history much like DC's Hawkman. So whats the best way to present the character in a streamlined way? Have the show structured around Simon Williams trying to make it in Hollywood while he's also trying to figure himself out. Pair him up with Trevor Slattery and you got a solid show that does a really good job of being self contained yet lowkey progressing certain aspects of the MCU. Definitely a must watch.

  18. 983

The Moment | 3BG At the Movies

#TheMoment #CharliXCX The Moment is a film that wants to be 'This is Spinal Tap' so bad and its unfortunate that the film doesn't hit those entertaining heights that you expect out of a mockumentary. The movie plays into the real life rise of musician Charli XCX. If you're a fan of her then you'll probably enjoy the film for what it is. If you're someone that isn't familiar with her but you're hoping the film would give you an idea of Charli and her music then you're gonna be bored as hell. The film tries to hit you with comedy and drama but it doesn't really stick the landing on it. You end up with a very flat movie overall.

  19. 982

Send Help | 3BG At the Movies

#SendHelp #SamRaimi #RachelMcAdams #DylanObrien Sam Raimi has always been a solid director that knows his wheelhouse when it comes to his approach on delivering an entertaining movie. Send Help is a black comedy, horror, thriller film that has some surprising and predictable moments. Rachel McAdams steals the movie from the start and gives you a character that you're invested in seeing come out of the situation the film presents.

  20. 981

    3BGPodcast| Killer Joe

The plan is simple. We hire a hitman to kill mom. We get the insurance money. We win. Huh? Yes, I'm sure this will work. If not we might have to give the hitman our sister as collateral. Trust me. This is fool proof. No PWT thinking here. Just straight smooth brain activity.

  21. 980

Fuuto PI | Morphin Metacast(Audio Only)

#FuutoPI #KamenRiderW #KamenRider #Tokusatsu #Toku #Toei A criminally underrated Kamen Rider sequel that unfortunately got looked over mainly due to it being advertised as a standalone show even though it was part of a live action franchise.  The anime sequel to Kamen Rider W that is criminally underrated and in fact dare I say is one o The anime sequel to Kamen Rider W that is criminally underrated and in fact dare I say is one of the rare solid sequel series to an ongoing toku franchise

  22. 979

    3BGPodcast| Ma

Childhood truama happens to us all. It's how we deal with it. That's the important part. Anyway, What happens when wypipo think its funny to mess with the only black girl in school? Well, she waits 15 to 20 years to stalk and lure their children into her hands with beer and weed. Then she's gonna kill them. We at 3BG approve of this. Have fun, we love this movie.

  23. 978

    3BGPodcast| Bulletproof

Let it be said, 3BlackGeeks loves Gary Busey. There isn't much he could do to make us not love this crazy man. Except show us why an action movie starring Gary Busey isn't the crazy action wet dream you'd think it would be. So yeah...we're dragging this film. We still love GOAT Busey!

  24. 977

3BGPodcast| 2025 End of Year Episode!!!

A lot of Charlie Kirk jokes and fatigue. 2025 sucked mainly because of an Orange PDF!

  25. 976

3BG At The Movies| Oscar Shaw

Michael Jai White is Oscar Shaw!

  26. 975

    3BGPodcast| Blow

Coke changed the world and in the late 60s to about 1981, George Jung was apart of that. We talk about hidden racism, nose candy, what P-star DjTsu looks like and fact from fiction.

  27. 974

Dead Man's Wire | 3BG At the Movies

#DeadMansWire #GusVanSant #CaryElwes #BillSkarsgard Films based on true stories tend to vary from either super series to light comedic. Dead Man's Wire is a tried and true dark comedy. Based on the 1977 Indianapolis hostage standoff involving Tony Kiritsis, the film does a good job of balancing the seriousness of the situation with the offbeat personality of Tony as a person. Very tense moments and also moments of levity to where you actually empathize with Tony's plight.

  28. 973

Working Title Sports Show | Ep. 205- Football Overload

The 2025 Football season is over and now its time for playoff action. We talk football and only football today! HAPPY NEW YEAR!

  29. 972

    3BGPodcast| Men In Black

Will Smith was pure box office gold between 1995 and about the late 2000's. Many people debate what was the movie that made him a star. Some say Independence Day, some think Bad Boys, a few says Ali. Almost no one says it was Bagger Vance. But it was definitely Men In Black that did it. A hit movie with a hit song at the height of 90's music videos. This classic made Will a Superstar, gave Tommy Lee Jones career more life, gave Vincent D'Onofrio enough scenery to eat for 5 years and even made a good cartoon!

  30. 971

Willy C. Cordy Jr. Interview | RangerStop & Pop 2025

  32. 969

    3BGPodcast| Tokyo Godfathers

Tokyo Godfathers, the brilliant Satoshi Kon made a holiday classic that's purely Japanese. And PURELY wholesome. It's a movie that's made talks about homelessness, forgiveness, running away, redemption and family.

  33. 968

    Anaconda (2025) | 3BG At the Movies

#Anaconda #IceCube #JackBlack #PaulRudd In the weirdest of ways, Anaconda works somehow. Take the root idea of what 'Be Kind, Rewind' was and add in a bigger budget and you get this film. Its silly in all the right ways and wrong ways as well yet ends up sticking the landing how you expect it to go. A film thats not really a remake and its also a sequel to the original film at the same time. Given the actors in this film, you can see the jokes coming a mile away. End of the day its a silly movie with some earnest.  Do with that what you will.

  34. 967

The Return of Indies!!!! | Pressing Buttons

#2025VideoGameAwards #VideoGames #Expedition33 #IndieGames  Its been awhile but DJ Tsu & CJ are back to talk about the 2025 Video Game Awards, the winners and losers, and what it means for Indie games in this every changing video game industry. We also talk about the upcoming Street Fighter movie teaser that dropped, and other odds & ends.

  35. 966

Rental Family | 3BG At the Movies

#RentalFamily #BrendanFraser #Hikari #TakehiroHira #MariYamamoto   What happens when you get a film that bucks against the direction you think its going? Thats what Rental Family does. On the surface, you watch a foreigner in Brendan Fraser maneuver around Japan as a working actor trying to make it big through a special job as a companion to various people. Once the movie presents itself very quickly that its not what you think, you end up getting a very heartwarming and honest film but people and feelings. Solid direction, great cinematography, and excellent acting.

  36. 965

Avatar: Fire & Ash | 3BG At the Movies

#AvatarFireAndAsh #Avatar #JamesCameron  Here we are at the 3rd Avatar film and surprisingly this is a step up from the 2nd film top to bottom. Yes this is a movie that is all about James Cameron flexing his chops at VFX and the movie looks good as hell but same time we get a pretty engaging story with plot points thats been done before. New locations, new characters, and revisiting even old characters from the first film. End of the day, you have a film that is pretty damn entertaining from start to finish.

  37. 964

3BGPodcast| Jay And Silent Bob Strike

This movie takes 3BG back to that era called "A MONTH BEFORE 9/11"! We talk about the great Kevin Smith, 9/11, the ViewAskew Universe, and a lot of laughs.

  38. 963

  39. 962

Predator: Badlands | 3BG At the Movies

#Predator #PredatorBadlands #Aliens #AvP The Predator franchise has always been consistently entertaining(Barring the 2018 Predator movie which fell short despite some moments). At any rate coming off of Prey, Killer of Killers and even Alien: Romulus & Alien: Earth, it seems like we're heading down the road towards a legit Alien vs Predator movie. But while we're on this road, enter Predator: Badlands which does a solid job of putting you into this established universe with a twist...This time we're following a young Predator who's out to prove himself to his clan. With that setup, we got a film that overall hits all the beats you expect from the Predator franchise even with the PG-13 rating. This is a must watch.

  43. 958

    3BGPodcast| Scary Movie

The late 90's Horror genre was just begging to get satired. Scream did half the work for it. The Wayans name in the 90's was still hot too. Shawn and Marlon teamed up again to give us another hilarious parody movie. And launch Anna Faris and Regina Hall's careers.

  44. 957

    3BGPodcast| The Devil's Advocate

A southern laywer is scouted to work big cases in New York. That doesn't sound so bad until you see Al Pacino and it's like "Oh yeah...I'm working for Lucifer." We talk about 90's Christian Horror, Keanu doing his best Jacksonville, Charlise being tortured, Pacino being the perfect Devil and a bunch of Jeffrey Jones jokes.

  45. 956
  46. 955

3BG At The Movies| A House Of Dynamite

So this is a quandry of a film. On one hand, Kathryn Bigalow hits her usual flair of geo-political drama that she's known for with solid acting. On the other hand, the film does an unorthodox thing with its story where it leaves you wanting more from it. It doesn't exactly sink the movie but you're left with a "What could've been" feeling.

  47. 954

3BG At The Movies| Demon Slayer: Infinity Castle

We've hit the point with anime where studios can do full features films for anime arcs that hit better than what a TV show could. That's essentially what we have with this final arc of Demon Slayer. Infinity Castle brings about tons of full circle moments from the show in a satisfying way while still leaving the viewers clamoring for more.

  48. 953
