Creative Ways to Sell Your Home, with Lindsay Rice
Lindsay Rice has been a licensed real estate agent for several years, so she understands the ever-changing market and the consumers’ needs. Her years of experience have taught her many things about the selling and buying process — she has learned that not every seller benefits from putting their home on the market the traditional way, and not every buyer can buy a home the traditional way if they cannot qualify for a loan. From our perspective, every seller needs to understand all of their options of selling for top dollar, and every buyer needs an opportunity to buy when a bank will not give them a loan. We believe that sellers can get a fair market price if they are flexible on terms of the sale with a qualified buyer. Thus, the journey of helping motivated sellers move their properties while creating a path to homeownership for buyers was formed! Lindsay and her local team service the Northern Virginia area: the team is part of a national group of family real estate investors who help sellers get their homes sold and renters become homeowners. They have completed hundreds of these types of transactions and look forward to working with you next!” What you’ll learn about in this episode: Lindsay expands on the path that ultimately led her to where she is now with her career in real estate The correlation between Lindsay’s passion for systems and processes and her desire to focus on educating her clients on creative ways to selling their home The importance of love and trust when choosing who to help you sell up Where to start when you’re selling or buying a house, how to choose between the options on offer, and why research and education are critical What kinds of questions you should be asking prospective realtors Alternative ways on offer to buy or sell a home to get the price you want within a timeframe that works for you How Lindsay educates her sellers and buyers around real estate processes How Lindsay and her team help sellers tap into their equity and update their house so that they can get top dollar Additional resources: Website: https://ricepropertiesgroup.com/ https://lindsayricepropertysolutions.com/ LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/lindsaylmack/ Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/RicePropertiesGroup

Arranging a Homebuying Loan in Challenging Situations, with Nick Prefontaine
In 2003, Nick Prefontaine was in a snowboarding accident that left him in a coma for over three weeks. The doctors told his parents that he probably wouldn’t walk, talk, or eat on his own again. Less than three months later, he was running out of Franciscan Children’s hospital. Now Nick speaks to groups that benefit from his message of overcoming adversity. Nick grew up in the real estate industry and got started at an early age. Most notably, he was knocking on Pre-Foreclosure doors at 16, doing up to 50 doors a day. This experience helped shape Nick’s real estate career. When someone opens the door, you better have something compelling to say. Now, Nick specializes in working with lease purchase buyers to get them into a home and on the path to homeownership. That includes working with them throughout the entire deal, which ends in them getting their own loan. Getting buyers to the finish line is something Nick and the entire Pre Property Solutions team take pride in. That is something that separates them from their competition. Regardless of a buyer’s credit situation, he looks at their complete financial picture and comes up with a plan to get them into a home. What you’ll learn about in this episode: What Nick’s serious childhood accident and subsequent coma taught him about mindset and perseverance Why it is so important to put the hard work in to achieve your goals Why Nick’s family were inspired to start the Prefontaine Foundation and how their fundraising continues to help children at the Franciscan Children's Hospital in Boston How moved from knocking on Pre-Foreclosure doors in high school to coaching buyers through the process of homeownership How Nick shares his insights and expertise to help prospective buyers to move from a rental property to fulfilling their dream of owning their own home Why it can be problematic to arrange finances to buy a home in some circumstances and how Pre Property can help in those situations Some of the things that buyers need to be aware of so they can get to that end goal of getting their bank loan and taking ownership of their house Resources: Website: https://www.prepropertysolutions.com/ LinkedIn: http://www.linkedin.com/in/nickprefontaine/ Facebook: http://www.facebook.com/PrepropertySolutions/ Additional Resources: Learn Six Strategies To Sell Your Home In Any Market And Maximize YOUR Equity! <li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-
