Good or bad they define the leader and the organisation they lead. The “A Decision Dissected Podcast” goes through one big decision taken by a Leader. It explores the context which meant a decision is made, the factors involved and the risks and uncertainty involved.We then explore how the decision was implemented and what were the results. Did it go well, did it go badly? What might have been done better on reflection.The reason I wanted to do this series is that I became very frustrated with the leadership podcasts out there. They tend to be American and focused on corporates.
