Decoding Your Life with Astrology & Self-Hypnosis (feat. Marvin Wilkerson)
Most of us aren’t living our own lives, we’re living our conditioning. Before the age of seven, your foundational habits, fears, and internal scripts were given to us from a young age. In this episode, we’re clearing out the noise to see who you actually are beneath it all. Join me and Marvin Wilkerson as we move beyond theory to offer practical tools you can use day-to-day. In this episode, we discuss how astrology acts as a map for your healing, combined with self-hypnosis and NLP to identify and transcend the subconscious limitations installed in early childhood. Connect with Marvin and explore the tools he offers: Marvin Wilkerson: A master astrologer, certified hypnotherapist, and NLP expert. Surviving the Narcissist Reclaim Your Life ft. Saige Whitney
Escaping a narcissist is possible, and in this episode, Saige Whitney shares the exact steps to reclaiming your life and peace of mind. If you feel like you’re walking on eggshells, this conversation is the turning point you’ve been waiting for. I sat down with Saige Whitney to go beyond the surface and dive deep into what it actually feels like to be trapped by a narcissist. We talk about why these relationships feel like you're living in a dark room—and why it’s so hard to see the truth until you finally "turn the lights on". We discuss: How to identify if someone sees you as a human being or just a "stepping stone" for their own gain. The reality of what happens behind closed doors, away from the public persona a narcissist maintains. How to harness "sacred anger" as a tool for recovery rather than letting it consume you. The absolute necessity of prioritizing your own safety over the feelings of someone who is toxic. Saige’s story of coming out the other side is proof that you can stop saving everyone else and start reclaiming your own life. If you are currently stuck in a cycle you can't seem to break, this episode is for you. Episode Chapters: Intro: Moving past the fog of abuse Are you a human being or a "stepping stone"? I Don’t Recognise Myself Anymore (with Jax, Beckie & Sue)
What do you do when the version of yourself you’ve known for years suddenly feels like a stranger? Whether it’s triggered by motherhood, a career change, or the painful end of a relationship, losing your identity is a heavy, isolating experience. When a breakup happens, it isn't just the loss of a partner, it’s the loss of the person you were with them. In this episode of APTSH, I’m joined by Jax, Beckie, and Sue to talk about the raw reality of "grieving" the person you used to be, and how to find your footing when your life story has been completely disrupted. We discuss the path to recovery and improvement, including: Breaking the "Couple" Identity: How to find out who you are when you're no longer part of a "we." From Chaos to Clarity: How to stop feeling like you have "no leg to stand on" and start grounding yourself in your new reality. Falling in Love with Yourself Again: Practical ways to rediscover your spark and your own interests in small, manageable steps. Reframing the "Loss": Why "Narrative Disruption" (like a breakup or divorce) isn't the end of your story, but the beginning of a more authentic chapter. The "Survivor" Mindset: Shifting from feeling like a victim of change to becoming someone who is confidently reinventing themselves. If you’ve been feeling like you’re just performing a role or struggling to remember who you were before the breakup, this episode offers the tools to help you stop looking back and start moving forward. Peak performance mental toughness and resilience help you overcome anxiety, build discipline, master your mindset, unlock your potential, an
In this inspiring and high-impact episode, I sit down with Matt Young, peak performance mindset coach, global keynote speaker, former professional footballer, and ultra-endurance athlete, to explore what it really takes to unlock human potential and build an elite mindset. (0:01–0:20) Who is Matt Young? Matt is introduced as a former professional footballer who has completed 18 marathons and 17 ultra-marathons, including five 100-mile races. But beyond the physical achievements lies something deeper: a relentless pursuit of growth, mental resilience, and emotional mastery. (0:22–1:54) The Three Pillars of a Peak Mindset Matt shares his philosophy: Move. Shape. Create. He explains that 80% of communication and emotional processing starts in the body (body-to-mind), not the other way around. Your posture, breathing, and physiology directly influence your mental state. If you can shift your body, you can shift your focus — and ultimately, your reality. On race day or in life, what you focus on expands. Problems are always available, but so are solutions. The difference lies in emotional intensity and intentional thinking. (1:56–8:54) From Elite Sport to Emotional Breakthroughs With over 15 years studying psychology, behaviour, anatomy, and peak performance, Matt now works with athletes, executives, entrepreneurs, students, and everyday individuals struggling with anxiety, fear, stress, doubt, OCD, and depression. His mission is simple: to serve, inspire, and empower people to break through mental and emotional barriers and create lasting change. He reveals that his ultra-marathons were never about ego or medals. They were about impact. At a time when he was transitioning out of professional football, a period that left him emotionally at rock bottom, endurance challenges became a vehicle for growth and a message to others: you are capable of more than you think. Even more surprising? He admits he never liked running. For Matt, the challenge isn’t about enjoyment, it’s about uncovering new layers of himself. His next mission? Training to swim the English Channel. (8:55–12:51) Where Drive Comes From Matt reflects on his upbringing and the role his parents played in shaping his mindset. Raised by hardworking, driven parents who consistently told him, “You can be anything you want, it’s all in your head,” he developed a powerful internal belief system. That belief carried him into professional football, and later carried him through the emotional pain of leaving it behind. When identity stripped away and life felt uncertain, discipline and work ethic were the foundations he rebuilt from. (12:51–15:27) Leading From the Front A powerful theme in this episode is authenticity. Matt believes “talk is cheap.” Anyone can give advice, but real leadership comes from lived experience. If you want to help someone through anxiety, fear, or emotional struggle, you must understand it first-hand. True influence comes from embodiment, not theory. That’s why Matt pushes himself physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually, so he can guide others with integrity. This episode is packed with insight for anyone interested in: • Peak performance and elite mindset development • Overcoming anxiety and emotional blocks • Building resilience through adversity • High-performance habits and discipline • Leadership, impact, and personal growth If you’ve ever felt stuck, uncertain, or limited by your own thinking, this conversation offers both practical strategies and powerful mindset shifts.
