In Genesis, Adam & Eve heard from God, in Exodus the people heard from God, in Nehemiah the people heard from God, in the GOSPELS the people heard from (& saw!) God, and so on. But it is not always easy to listen to preaching, and so we prepare our hearts to hear from his word. In this episode Pastors Chase & Matthew discuss how all of us who are not expositionally preaching can listen well; how we can expositionally listen to the preaching of God's Word.
