ACT on Mental Health

My name is Shaun Hardie, and I help people unhook from unhelpful thoughts, get unstuck, and live more fully in the here and now. Too often, we get so caught up in struggling with our own minds that we forget to actually live. I’m here to help you show up for what truly matters. This channel is all about learning Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)—an approach that embraces life’s messiness while building something meaningful from it. It’s not about fixing yourself; it’s about finding yourself. Outside of this channel, I run a private practice called Vineyard Counseling where I utilize ACT with clients in the therapy room. My passion is to translate ACT into practical skill you can use in your life and in therapy room as well if you're a therapist like me. That's why I made a free resource for you called "The ACT Roadmap", a 10-session protocol to help you teach ACT in the therapy room. You can find this and more free ACT resources at www.shaunhardie.com/resources.
