Take a moment and breathe. Life doesn’t haveto be so fast, so intense all the time. It is ok totake a break. How can you be peaceful whileyou are rushing around ?Take a deep breath - right now - and anotherdeep breath - and one more - relax and smile !This is not a magic trick, but it works just aswell. Don’t you agree that it is magical even tobe here, right now ? Take nothing for granted,for tomorrow may look very different indeed.We need your input, your support right now.Peace is achievable on many levels, but thereneeds to be an impulse, a will: the will to makepeace and the trust and confidence that this ispossible.We are not talking about governments andinterest groups - we are talking about the willof the people. Are they making themselvesheard ? Or do they in turn call for moreconflict ?In this world it is not easy to keep the peace - sodiverse are the people and interests. Yet thereare some issues most people will agree upon:Children need protection to live a happy lifeand everybody wants to live in peace.You have hardly any teachings about how toachieve this peace in a healthy way, not manyguidelines except your own conscience.We provide you here with some suggestionswhich in most cases will prove to be sufficient.Take responsibility for your feelings, thoughtsand actions. Nobody else is responsible foryour life - accept that you are the master ofyour life. Make wise choices for your life: Choose peaceover conflict, love over aggression, kindnessover suffering, caring over blame andfriendship over criticism.If anybody asks you for help and assistance,provide it to your ability - no more and no lessis required.Laugh more, smile easily, hope always.Don’t take yourself too seriously.Live life to the fullest. Be courageous - it is the spice of life. Say yes when you mean yes, say no when youmean no.  Support those who are vulnerable, who cannotsupport themselves.Tell people how much you love and appreciatethem. You have no idea how much somepositive words, spoken sincerely, can lift aperson’s soul for a lifetime.Maybe you expected more suggestions forconflict resolution, but in truth, when theconflict has already arisen on a big scale, it isusually too late.Yes, you can always try to mitigate the effects,but the scars - emotional as well as physical -stay, until one day they may be healed.It is much better to prepare the ground forgood relationships and a happy sense of being.If these are too many suggestions all at once,you can start with focussing on one per day.Watch how your life around you changes andfeel how it changes you as well.Make Peace happen - because you can ! 

When you hear my name, many of you relaxinstantly and take a deep breath. I have saidthat I am your brother, your friend, and that isstill as true as when I walked upon the Earth.Just listen: Can you hear the sounds of yourworld ? The music, the humming, the voices,the noises, the harmonies and also the beatingof your heart ? Those sounds keep you alive,for indeed you were made through sound.You were made with intention and birthedinto being through the power of sound.Now I am telling you that you also have thepower to create through sound and intention.I use creating in the sense of manifesting, ofbringing into this reality. The world is quitecomplex, and you do not need to know all itsintricacies to understand that you yourself caninfluence what comes into your reality.To make this as easy as possible, you need to letgo of everything that stands in the way, allblockages and patterns of belief, includingmany beliefs founded on religion.Most of all, you need to let go any sense ofrevenge or anger towards your fellow humans -this will increase your ability to create in thevery moment.Therefore, I have recommended forgiveness, tofree yourself from any energies that can - andwill - lower your frequency.You need a stable, high frequency to turnaround and create your reality anew in everymoment.This means that you have to free yourself ofanything that stands in the way.Forgiveness is a kind of letting go, love inaction, saying that there is nothing to forgivebecause whatever has happened is already letgo with love and has been waved good-bye.I realize that you did not receive clear teachingsabout how to forgive, especially whensomething painful happens and you feeljustified to let loose your anger and judgmentupon another. Just think for a moment:Who will suffer under this experience - you orthem ? In most cases it is you who suffer, and itmakes you re-live this instant again and again.Instead, I have brought into this reality thepossibility for each person to choose to forgive.It means, that whatever anybody else did toyou, you don’t have to suffer because of itinterminably.Instead, you can simply exert your power toforgive and decide for yourself that you don’thold onto any negative thoughts and feelingsfrom this experience. You just say to yourself:“I now let this go !”And so it is, and so it happens. You will feel arelief in your whole being, maybe a deeperbreath, or a relaxation in your shoulders - oryou may just feel how light your body hassuddenly become.It is such a powerful tool to start over again.If you don’t manage to do it, you can alwayscall on me and ask me to help you to bringforgiveness into this experience. Even by askingfor my assistance you have already set thewheels in motion and you will feel forgivenessenvelop you.Maybe you need to ask a few times until youhave really released everything, but then youwill feel shiny and new again.Also, whether you need to forgive yourself orneed somebody else to forgive you, you canalways call me in to create the rightenvironment for forgiveness to take place.You hear me talk about forgiveness so oftenbecause truly, next to love it is one of the mostpowerful tools you have to live a happy life.I love you beyond words and wish you ablessed and bright and holy time on this Earth.We are all in this together - I always stand byyour side.With all my Love,Your friend and brother - Jesus

It may feel like acape, or another kind of garment which coversyou completely.You need to make sure that you really lookafter yourself now - health-wise and alsoemotionally.This is a time when you will want to take careof others, but it is imperative that you lookafter yourself also - in this way you will be ableto help many more people, believe me.If you call on me, I am sure you know that Iwill be there with you - heart and soul.You will feel my presence around you and mywish is that you feel comforted when you feeltroubled, and held when you feel sad.I am there for you whatever happens.I am there when you feel that you have nobodyto turn to.I see that this can happen to many of you and Iwant to assure you that I am there for you inany situation.I have gone through difficult situations - andyou will also see that once you feel strongeragain, you too will give comfort andencouragement to those in need.You know that it is possible to come out theother side of the storm and smile again.Because you have gone though heavy times andcome through, you will be able to give hope toothers.I wish you well - please know that I will gowith you wherever you wish.Together we can go through any difficulty,together everything is possible.Just watch us do this !

And you canenjoy yourselves while creating the mostwonderful timelines and dimensions. There isno end to what you can actually create withyour imagination and bring into reality. Thereare no limits - the only limits for you lie in yourimagination.Be bold ! Dream big and just make it happen.We salute and celebrate you ! 

We are beings of wisdom - but the mostimportant thing we can tell you is how muchwe love you and care about you: not just alittle, but a lot.You seem to be interested in us too, eventhough you can’t quite make us out. We don’tmind. We are a part of you, and you can feel usnear and feel our energy when you “justknow”, without any explanation or reason.This is the wisdom that you have, your innerknowing.What can we tell you - to use your wisdom ?You would be very wise to do so. We also liketo make cosmic jokes, we are the “smilingones” of the universe. The humour of theuniverse is one of our favourite teaching tools -we rejoice when we see that you get our jokes -and even respond in that manner.It lifts you out of the mire when you can seethe funny side of things - “always look on thebright side of life” !It is wise to take things with a pinch of salt -who doesn’t love a twinkle in the eye and a sillypoem or story ?Stories can heal, they can heal body and soul.Spontaneous stories are a nourishment forbeings who are trying to connect with the soul.They bring a spark - a realization - maybethrough an image in a story - and spirit cancome in and experience itself in the body. Allhumans are on various levels on this journey ofincarnation into the body.Sometimes they seem to jump further outagain, and some experiences draw the soulmore deeply into the body.Just think of dancing, eurythmy, singing,speaking poetry with all your heart, somemodern dance and ancient movementpractices.They are all designed and offered to create abeautiful and joyful vessel for spirit to join youin your physical body, moving into all of yourcells.Just imagine: When you enjoy your dancingand singing, we’ll be there with you too !Let’s dance !

Can you tell where one state ends and another begins ?We look at the world and see mountains and rivers, green areas and oceans, fertile areas and deserts. Some states have natural borders like lakes and rivers, while others have straight borders without any connection to the land.So maybe you can ask yourself: What is a country, what makes a country what it is ?Is it the language ? the land ? traditions ? Is it not true that there are people speaking several languages in the same country - and that sometimes the same language is spoken in many countries ?Does the country depend on the people, on a certain culture ? Has every country got a spirit, just like you do ?What if the borders get changed - does the spirit change too ? What if a country gets a new name ? What if it gets a new religion ? A new language ? What if the citizens are not allowed to use their language anymore ? What about the people coming to live in this country- are they also connected to this spirit ? Do they have a special connection because they made a conscious choice to live in this place ?There are so many interesting questions about countries and their people and we are the ones dealing with these questions.We hear from humans that they wish to belong, not just to their family and friends, but to a wider community, a country.Some people don’t feel that they belong where they are living, so they may try to find a new place which feels more suitable. You can call on us if you feel that you don’t belong where you are and would like to discover where your true, spiritual home is.There may be more than one home you belong to, and we are happy to help you in every way to find your place.There are those who call themselves nomads,who find a home wherever they go - others need a place to put their roots down to flourish.Each to their own - we are here for all of you if you are looking for your home and your community, whatever it may look like.

You are beings who can love so much, that you will put your own interests aside and care for somebody else in a such away that you lift them out of their troubles. So far, only the creator and your Guardian Angels were able to do that.This was one of the gifts given to you by the creator.But you don’t just have the gift, you are using it.You are a blessing, a gift, a miracle for this world - the sooner you realize it, the better !When you choose to use these gifts consciously, you can affect parts of life which could use more of the loving impulse.Your laws for example could be more loving towards humans, animals and nature as a whole.Many things in life can be improved if you let your innate love for beings speak through you.Be brave & be who you truly are !

The staff is also connected with your spine.
