Kevin Smith returned to HEATSKRS CON 2025 for a timely discussion on The Geo-Political Implications of Artificial Intelligence .This conversation builds on our series of HEATSKRS legal talks with the venerated lawyer, following a foundational talk on the creative landscape of AI that happened at last year’s HEATSKRS. This year’s conversation pulls focus to the Geo-political Frameworks that are currently shaping the normalization of AI, as we explore the risks, roles and opportunities that face us as Africans during this transformative era in time. This full release is in tribute to Kevin Smith who passed away on the 18th December 2025, and marks the final BAI Foundation conversation with Kevin Smith.
