Erich Schultz - Eastmark has a farm? Plus coffee & tacos!

Send us Fan MailOn this episode (recording months ago now) we had the chance to sit down with Erich Schultz, farmer at Steadfast Farm and co-owner of Steadfast Coffee.  Erich is one of many Eastmark residents who both lives and works in Eastmark, but probably one of the only residents who manages a farm, store, and coffee shop all inside this community. Erich has a long history of growing things, from vegetables to businesses, and we think you'll enjoy hearing from Erich about how a farm came to find itself rooted (see what we did there?) in the heart of Eastmark.  Learn more about Steadfast Farm: steadfast-farm.comSupport House of Refuge: houseofrefuge.org Support St. Mary's Food Bank: firstfoodbank.org For more info about Eastmark, or questions about finding or selling a house in the area, visit HeyEastmark.com or send me a message at [email protected]: The content featured in this Podcast is produced by an independent resident and does not necessarily reflect the views or opinions of Eastmark Community Alliance, Inc., Eastmark Community Assembly, Inc., or Eastmark Residential Association, Inc. Shane & Kristen Self - Foster Care, 9-1-1 Dispatch, & the Coolest Street in Eastmark

Send us Fan MailThis week we were joined by another set of Eastmark Originals, Shane & Kristen Self. David met the Selfs at a community dinner in the early days of Eastmark, and Jeremy knew of them through the foster care community here in the Phoenix Valley. So naturally, we talked with the Selfs about what it has looked like to be a foster care family here in Eastmark.  In this episode you'll also get a behind the scenes look at what it takes to be a 9-1-1 dispatcher as well as learn about the coolest street in Eastmark. Send us Fan MailThis week Sterling Davis joins Jeremy and David to talk about health, fitness, and, as Jeremy puts it, “the great Vitamin D.” Sterling is an entrepreneur here in Eastmark and owner of Gateway Fit Club. Mat Meyer - Homelessness, Culinary Talk, and S’more

Send us Fan MailMat Meyer is fast becoming a favorite Eastmarkian for Jeremy—and for countless others, to be sure. This episode (almost named "Dudes in Hot Chocolate") will scratch the surface as to why that might be. Mat is super easy to talk to and extremely giving. Be inspired as you listen to this real story of the man behind the counter at Boca Taqueria, Eastmark’s favorite place for minichimis and margaritas.
