The Loretta Brown Show - 08-13-26 - Soul Writing
Today, Loretta welcomes back Joanne DiMaggio, MA, CHt, who is a respected author, researcher, spiritual mentor, and hypnotherapist whose work explores reincarnation, consciousness, pre-life planning, past-life regression, and the practice she calls Soul Writing. A longtime student of Edgar Cayce and a member of the Association for Research and Enlightenment since 1987, Joanne has devoted nearly four decades to studying how our deeper soul consciousness may influence the patterns, relationships, challenges, and opportunities of our present lives. Joanne earned her master’s degree in Transpersonal Studies and her Spiritual Mentor certification from Atlantic University, and she trained extensively in hypnosis and past-life regression. Her research and teaching have reached audiences worldwide through lectures, workshops, books, radio programs, podcasts, and private sessions. At the heart of Joanne’s work is Soul Writing, a written form of meditation designed to help individuals access what she describes as the still, wise voice of the Higher Self. Rather than relying entirely on external teachers or spiritual authorities, Soul Writing encourages people to become quiet enough to receive insight from within. Joanne’s research has explored the use of Soul Writing in past-life work, spiritual development, healing, creativity, psychic awareness, relationships, career questions, forgiveness, and soul growth. Her newly revised book, Soul Writing: Conversing With Your Higher Self, expands upon the original 2011 edition with new research as well as chapters on Soul Writing for children and practitioners. She has also published a companion Soul Writing Journal containing prompts designed to help readers develop a consistent sacred-writing practice. Joanne is the author of numerous books exploring reincarnation and consciousness, including Your Soul Remembers: Accessing Your Past Lives Through Soul Writing, Karma Can Be a Real Pain: Past Life Clues to Current Life Maladies, I Did It To Myself...Again! New Life-Between-Lives Case Studies Show How Your Soul’s Contract Is Guiding Your Life, Soul Mates and Twin Souls: Traveling Companions on the Road to Enlightenment, The Inner Light: How the Beatles Planted the Spiritual Seed in Our Souls, and Edgar Cayce and the Unfulfilled Destiny of Thomas Jefferson Reborn. Joanne continues to offer private past-life regression and Soul Writing sessions online and to teach individuals how to explore their own inner guidance with curiosity, discernment, and spiritual responsibility. From the Streets to the Boardroom: Lessons Most Men Learn Too Late | Wiley Cortez
👍 If you're enjoying these conversations, make sure to like, subscribe, and follow The Glen Gilbert Connection so you never miss future episodes. Your support helps us continue bringing powerful conversations about healing, growth, leadership, relationships, and becoming the person you're meant to be. In this episode of The Glen Gilbert Connection, Glen sits down with Wiley Cortez, an executive leadership developer whose life story began in poverty, gang culture, violence, and repeated encounters with county jail before ultimately transforming into a life of leadership and impact. Wiley opens up about growing up in Southern California, searching for masculine role models, learning hard lessons about loyalty, and facing the painful realization that the life he was living was not the life he was created for. He shares the moments that forced him to confront his reality, including discovering who truly cared about him, hearing a judge's life-altering warning, and making the decision to leave behind the environment that had defined him for years. Throughout the conversation, Glen and Wiley explore identity, shame, mindset, purpose, and what it truly takes to rebuild a life from the inside out. Wiley explains why the biggest obstacle wasn't his environment but the limiting beliefs he carried about himself, and how committing to a vision, finding accountability, and surrounding himself with the right people changed everything. Viewers will walk away with practical insights on personal transformation, leadership, resilience, self-reflection, and why every person is capable of becoming more than their current circumstances suggest. If you've ever felt stuck, trapped by your past, or uncertain about your purpose, this conversation offers a powerful roadmap for creating a different future. DAMTT- Dancing on the Ceiling, Oh Yeah
It was a quiet week for podcast pals Stacy and Eric. Stacy entertained guests at Veranda Beach and even with smoke and ash in the air (happy birthday Smokey the Bear) mahjong happens. Speaking of addictions, Stacy discusses her 5-day addiction to the phone game Meowduku (the Tacoma cat boat story!?), her love for Tootsie Pops (Eric crunched them like the owl), and breaking down to buy more mahjong tiles (it was inevitable). Eric reminisces about watching professional kite flyers (synchronized?!) and seeing Comedy Bang Bang (very hawt). In discussing their CBS, Eric introduces Stacy and listeners to Duck Duck Go (a search engine) which needs a verb…duckit, goosed, gone? Stacy went old school watching Royal Wedding with her girlhood crush Fred Astaire while Eric went “just in theaters” with The Odyssey and Spiderman: Brand New Day. With at least three of the stars overlapping, it was a banner movie-going experience bringing back an old-school epic popcorn blockbuster and the grounded lore of Spiderman, even if the AI assistant was annoying. As for their top topic of the week, Stacy took a more hypothetical approach in her certainty that The Kool Aid Man would win, while Eric was practical and declared a knockout for The Michelin Man – and it’s ok that Eric is often wrong in these debates. Episode 378 | VaxCalc: Research, Decide, Document Chris Downey, creator of VaxCalc, joins us to examine the top mistakes parents make when evaluating vaccines—from treating an entire “well-visit” as one decision to overlooking product differences, cumulative ingredient exposure, risk of the targeted illnesses, and what to monitor after vaccination. Chris walks us through the expanded VaxCalc platform and demonstrates how parents can prepare for the appointment, evaluate each proposed intervention separately, compare vaccine brands and ingredients, document their decisions, and develop a plan before they are asked to consent. DAMTT- Peninsulas, Mutton Busting, and Squeakquels
After a break of a couple of weeks, podcast pals Stacy and Eric reunite and pick up where they left off – debating the utensil MVP. During his time off, Eric went to the Ibiza of Washington, also known as Point Roberts; an international hotpot (not) where even Gertie dipped a paw in the water! He and “the girlfriend” also went to Long Beach, which was long on fun, but short on pillows. Does DAMTT need to create an app for rating beds and pillows? While Eric stayed on the west coast, Stacy traveled back to her roots on the east coast going from Pennsylvania to Rhode Island and back again with a side quest to San Antonio. Now back in Veranda Beach, Stacy is seeing firsthand the effects of the wildfire’s smoke and destruction. For Stacy’s CBS she went to her first rodeo – literally! The best part was a toss-up between little kids in their boots and hats and older men in their boots and hats giving off Sam Elliot vibes. Eric’s CBS was all about sequels, specifically Poltergeist 2 (they’re back!) and Jaws 2 (son of Jaws?). Both were just okay and left both Eric and Stacy wondering why Hollywood always goes for the money grab versus the quality storytelling…oh yeah, of course. As for the Hot Topic of the episode, whether to use a top sheet, it’s more of a therapy and problem-solving session for Stacy. Mystic Radio - 08-07-26 - Robin & Mary welcome David Isaacs
In this warm and heartfelt episode of Mystic Radio, Robin Alexis and Mary Stephenson welcome David Isaacs to honor the life of his dear friend Bob Bordonaro. David shares how his friendship with Bob changed the course of his life. At a pivotal moment, it was Bob who helped him stay in Hollywood, stay the course, and continue toward the career and life that were waiting for him — including meeting the woman who would become his wife. The conversation is a beautiful reflection on friendship, loyalty, timing, and the quiet ways one person can shape the entire direction of another person’s life. David also reflects on his extraordinary career as a television writer and storyteller, including his work on shows such as M*A*S*H, Cheers, Frasier, The Simpsons, and Mad Men. But at the heart of the episode is something much simpler and more timeless: the love between two friends, and the lasting impact of a bond that helped make so much possible. This episode is a tribute to Bob, to friendship, and to the people who believe in us at exactly the moment we need it most.

The Loretta Brown Show - 08-06-26 - Ancient Spells and Incantations:
Today, we’ll explore ancient spells and symbols, the enduring power of language, the wisdom hidden in plants and traditional practices, the legacy of the Salem witches, creativity, consciousness, and what timeless human wisdom may still guide us as we enter one of the most technologically transformative periods in history. Enid Baxter Ryce is an award-winning author, artist, filmmaker, educator, and researcher whose work explores the rich intersections of history, art, nature, storytelling, consciousness, and culture. Her career has crossed remarkable boundaries, bringing together visual art, ethnobotany, filmmaking, literature, folklore, environmental research, and the study of human imagination. Her newest book, Ancient Spells and Incantations: Echoes of Magic Through Cultures and Across the Ages, is the result of years of painstaking research into ancient manuscripts, grimoires, letters, trial transcripts, fragments of papyrus, pottery shards, and rare historical documents from cultures throughout the world. Rather than offering literal translations, Enid presents poetic interpretations that make these ancient voices accessible to modern readers while preserving the beauty, mystery, and humanity found within them. She is also the author of Plant Magic at Home, Grace Flows Through You, The Borderlands Tarot, and numerous scholarly publications. Her forthcoming book, Cultivating Natural Intelligence, examines one of the most important questions of our time: how do we nurture curiosity, imagination, wonder, and authentic human intelligence in children growing up in the age of artificial intelligence? Enid’s creative work has been exhibited and screened internationally at institutions including the National Gallery of Art, the Getty, the Harvard Film Archive, the Library of Congress, and the Arnolfini. Her film War and the Weather, featuring original music by Philip Glass, premiered at the National Gallery of Art in Washington, D.C. Her work has also been featured in The New York Times, The Los Angeles Times, NPR, CBS Radio News, People en Español, and numerous other national and international publications. LHMF 08-04-26 Lori Cohn with The Beagle Alliance returns
We are so very pleased to have had a most informative and enlightening conversation with Lori Cohn of The Beagle Alliance. Their work is to educate people regarding animal testing and work in a non-adversarial manner with research facilities to help get animals released after the research is done, rather than euthanized. Some of the topics covered: “Yes, lab dogs can make wonderful pets when released and often adapt quickly”; “other ways”—there are newer and often more effective ways than animal testing; “new educational resources”—A film called “The Gold Standard” will likely be streaming by this fall and it explores the topic of animal research—a podcast called Dogs Beyond the Lab and the book “Lab Dog” by Brad Bolman. Each of these provides scientific information from the experts and will help bring more awareness to the animal research issue. Talk Cosmos 08-02-26 20° Leo Solar Eclipse
Join Talk Cosmos as we explore the 20° Leo Solar Eclipse occurring a few weeks ahead on August 12. To give each of these powerful celestial markers sufficient attention, we will cover the August 12 Solar Eclipse in this episode and dive into the August 27 Pisces Lunar Eclipse later in the month. Nodal Dynamics & Critical Degrees The Lunar Nodes move in reverse (clockwise around the zodiac) and have just entered the Aquarius North Node and Leo South Node. This New Moon in Leo comes into orb of a conjunction with the Leo South Node, marking the second solar eclipse of the year and the first under this new nodal axis. Furthermore, the nodes will hold at the critical 29th degree for over two months (from July 26 through October 9). This intense degree echoes the remaining residue of the previous Pisces-Virgo nodal cycle, which permeates through this pair of upcoming eclipses—the Solar Eclipse in Leo and the Lunar Eclipse tipping into Pisces. Navigating the Energies We may feel a bit cautious yet deeply driven to realize our dreams and visions. Meanwhile, our inner life spark thrives on activating and nourishing personal relationships. What we value—and seek to align emotionally with our past—seems to evolve through immediate experience. Ultimately, we are deeply transmuting the foundational strategies and wisdom behind our core desires. Taking time to listen to our heart’s internal direction recalibrates how we support our life path. Leo represents heart-centered leadership. By refining subtle, negatively intentional motives—such as unexamined anger or vengeance—we clear the path for fulfilling, authentic Leo leadership. Life invites us to use our creative gifts for the collective good, showing us where to release the ego's subtle demands for entitlement or arrogance so we can step fully into updated leadership roles within our communities. The Essence of the Luminary As our most personal luminary, the Moon regulates how the past flows into the present. It allows us to experience emotions, habits, and instinctual feelings, offering energetic input that helps piece together new meaning. In doing so, it supports our ongoing life story as we grow, heal, and evolve in mind, body, heart, and spirit. Informed Life Radio 07-31-26 The Sunlight Solution with William F. Supple Jr., PhD
Episode 377 | The Sunlight Solution with William F. Supple Jr., PhD We welcome back Dr. Bill Supple, who makes the case that our modern fear of sunlight has contributed to widespread vitamin D deficiency and chronic disease. His new book, The Sunlight Solution: Reclaiming Vitamin D, Reversing the Chronic Disease Epidemic, and Making America Healthy Again, challenges the modern caution against sun exposure and invites readers to reconsider the role of sunlight as natural, life-giving medicine. We discuss vitamin D as more than a bone-health nutrient--including its role in immune regulation, inflammation, cardiovascular health, brain health, aging, and resilience. We also look at benefits of sunlight beyond vitamin D, including circadian rhythm support, sleep, mood, and other light-driven biological effects. Dr. Supple also walks us through the history of heliotherapy, whether sunscreen is “the new margarine,” the debate regarding sunlight and melanoma, and practical questions about testing serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D, supplementation, and seasonal strategies for places like Washington State. Mystic Radio - 07-31-26 - Robin, Mary and The Twin Flame Meadow
In this reflective episode of Mystic Radio, Robin and Mary explore why grief can sometimes feel stronger just as healing begins. Robin shares how her body is starting to wake up after the shock of Bob’s passing — standing taller, feeling more present, and slowly returning to herself — while also feeling Bob’s absence in a deeper way. Mary offers a gentle somatic perspective, explaining that as the nervous system begins to feel safer, it can finally register more of what it has been carrying. The conversation moves through memories of Bob’s final days, including the intuitive support of Robin’s friend Kim, who drove nine hours to be with her, and Robin’s powerful vision of Bob’s spirit walking peacefully into Panther Meadows on Mount Shasta — the sacred Twin Flame Meadow. Together, Robin and Mary reflect on love, loss, forgiveness, and the spiritual legacy of Mount Shasta, a place deeply connected to their book, The Legacy of the Twin Flame Meadow. Bob’s presence is felt throughout the episode as a loving guide, reminding listeners that guilt can soften, forgiveness can open the heart, and even the hardest endings can become part of a larger beginning. This episode is a gentle invitation to trust the healing path, one breath and one moment at a time.

The Loretta Brown Show - 07-30-26 - The New Human Living
Today, Loretta welcomes Les Jensen who is an author, inspirational speaker, podcast host, personal-energy teacher, and visionary whose work is dedicated to promoting personal empowerment and helping people return to the truth of who they are. His teachings explore the relationship between consciousness, karma, personal energy, forgiveness, authentic power, and the deeper narrative of the soul. While moving through significant mental and emotional struggles in his own life, Les became aware of what he experienced as large amounts of unresolved energy within his subconscious. He came to understand these patterns as expressions of personal karma—energetic and emotional imprints that influenced his thoughts, beliefs, choices, and experience of life. Through years of working with this inner material, he began releasing patterns that no longer supported the vision of his heart and soul. Beneath those patterns, he discovered what he describes as an inner purity and light that had always been present: the light of love itself. In 2009, Les founded New Human Living, a platform devoted to personal empowerment, spiritual growth, and the evolution of human consciousness. He also hosts the New Human Living Global Spiritual Podcast, where he shares conversations with authors, teachers, coaches, researchers, and other guests exploring personal power, karma, grace, compassion, forgiveness, miracles, healing, and the future of human consciousness. Les is the author of Personal Power Fundamentals, an exploration of the foundations of personal power and how to move beyond karmic propensities; Citizen King: The New Age of Power, which examines authentic leadership and the courage to fulfill the vision of the heart and soul; and his latest book, Forgiven Sinner: God’s Last Savior. His newest work takes a provocative look at salvation, sin, forgiveness, personal responsibility, and the role each individual may play in bringing greater love and consciousness into the world. At the center of Les’s current work is healing the ego–soul connection. He teaches that the relationship between ego and soul influences how freely and effectively a person can follow the deeper narrative of their life. Rather than treating the ego as an enemy, he encourages people to shift its core frequency through intention and through thoughts, beliefs, and actions that resonate more fully with the soul. Staying Power 07-29-26 The Clocks We Live By
Episode 132: "The Clocks We Live By" We all know that societal expectations can complicate our already-complicated lives and make difficulties more difficult. However, how we experience those complications and pressures can be very different, especially between genders. This week, Ashley and JD discuss how men and women each experience societal expectations differently, but with common threads of alienation, loneliness, frustration, and isolation often resulting. And yet, seeing these differences in each other's experiences of time and "belonging" can actually help us better connect with ourselves and the people around us, whether they are partners, best friends, colleagues, or total strangers. Take a listen to this discussion of "clocks," and see what it reveals in you, about you! Talk Cosmos 07-26-26 Aquarius-Leo Nodal Shift
Join host Sue Rose Minahan as she welcomes Evolutionary Astrologer Marie O’Neill to explore the new Aquarius-Leo Nodal Shift, which begins its 18-month cycle this Sunday. The lunar nodal cycle repeats on average every 18.6 years (roughly 18 years and 7 to 11 months). The North Node last occupied Aquarius from December 19, 2007, to August 21, 2009—a period centered around a "breakdown to rebuild" theme. However, today’s planetary alignments and signs completely reframe the evolutionary homework of this upcoming nodal cycle. Experiencing the destiny path of the Aquarius North Node means learning to channel our inherent creative spark for the greater good. This requires releasing the need for personal validation, ego approval, or acting from a place of entitlement. The Power of Astrological Storytelling Since prehistoric times, humanity has used myths, stories, and analogies to find common ground and bridge complex concepts. Mystic Radio - 07-24-26 - Robin & Mary Conversations
In this tender and deeply honest episode of Mystic Radio, Robin Alexis and Mary Stephenson explore how grief, trauma, and long-held dreams can live in the body. Through the story of Bob’s lifelong relationship with the violin, Robin and Mary reflect on the dreams we carry, the ones we set aside, and the ways unresolved pain can shape a life. Mary brings a somatic perspective to how chronic stress and trauma can become patterned in the nervous system, especially inside close relationships. Robin shares what it feels like to be alone in her home after Bob’s passing — not just emotionally, but physically. The conversation becomes a real-time look at how the body slowly learns to breathe, soften, and release after profound loss. As the episode unfolds, Bob’s spirit comes through with a message of healing, light, and liberation. His love for the violin becomes a symbol of reclaiming joy beyond old trauma. And for Robin, his message is simple and beautiful: it is time to dance. This episode is a moving reminder that healing happens gently, in the body, in the heart, and in the quiet places where love is still speaking.

The Loretta Brown Show - 07-23-26 - LightWork Hypnosis
Today, Loretta welcomes Lesley Mitchell-Clarke is a Toronto-based Board Certified Clinical Master Hypnotherapist and Regressionist whose work explores some of the most intriguing and controversial frontiers of consciousness, memory, and anomalous human experience. Her practice includes past-life and interlife regression as well as specialized work with individuals who report extraterrestrial or ultraterrestrial contact experiences, missing time, unusual childhood encounters, recurring dreams, screen memories, and other experiences that may challenge conventional understandings of reality. Through hypnotic regression and therapeutic exploration, Lesley provides a supportive and nonjudgmental environment in which individuals can examine extraordinary experiences, explore their personal meaning, and work toward greater understanding and integration. Her work has brought her into contact with people from many backgrounds whose experiences raise profound questions about memory, consciousness, trauma, spirituality, and the possibility of nonhuman or multidimensional intelligence. Lesley has also been associated with the Mutual UFO Network, known as MUFON, as a vetted mental-health-care professional working within the experiencer community. She is the co-author of Interrupted Journey: The Alien Abduction of Betty and Barney Hill Remembered, revisiting one of the best-known reported extraterrestrial contact cases in modern history. Through her work, Lesley encourages both openness and exploration while navigating a field filled with mystery, controversy, and unanswered questions. Staying Power 07-22-26 The Money Stories That Hold Us Back
Episode 131: "The Money Stories That Hold Us Back" Everyone tends to think they want or need more money in life, but the focus usually is on "how do I get more?" In this week's episode, JDK and Ashley go another direction and explore the question, "What do you allow to get in the way of getting more?" It is indeed a proven psychological fact that we can actually convince ourselves (subconsciously) that we "should not" or "not deserve" more money than we currently make. In a conversation that is far more about our own self-imposed limitations than about financial realities in the world, a number of revealing stories are told, all of which illustrate the subtle ways in which we can each be the primary obstacle to improving our own financial health. What limiting beliefs and ideas did you grow up with about money? Which ones helped you, and which ones have not? Explore your own answers to these questions as you listen and see what you might be able to take out of your own way! Mystic Radio - 08-21-26 - Mary & Robin and Death Isn’t Real ...
Death Isn’t Real — Grieving While Love Continues What happens when someone you love leaves their physical body, but the relationship continues? In this deeply personal episode of Mystic Radio, Robin Alexis shares what it means to grieve as both a new widow and an experienced clairvoyant medium. While Bob continues to communicate with her across the veil, Robin also speaks honestly about the human realities of loss—medical trauma, emotional shock, financial uncertainty, and learning to live without his physical presence. Joined by somatic practitioner and healing guide Mary Stephenson, the conversation explores how grief lives in the brain, body, and nervous system, and why healing often begins through support, witnessing, and not having to carry the experience alone. Together, Robin and Mary hold the central truth of this episode: Bob can still be present, and the grief can still be real.

Talk Cosmos 07-19-26 4° Barbault Basket Burst
Join host Sue Rose Minahan as she welcomes Rick Levine—internationally renowned astrologer and Seattle local—to speculate on the profound “4° Barbault Basket Burst” occurring on July 19th. The celestial sky is presenting a powerful alignment. The first major shift arrives on July 19, 2026, anchoring at 4° and involving five distinct planets: the Moon, Jupiter, Uranus, Neptune, and Pluto. This interlocked pattern forms a grand trine and mystic triangle, creating a supportive "cradle" of trines and sextiles that will hold a tight, potent orb at 4° for three consecutive days. The Core Dynamics of the Alignment -The Outer Planet Foundation: The mystique of this pattern pivots on the outer planets, which are currently engaging in an extended mini grand trine spanning 2024–2029 (concentrating at its tightest from 2025–2027). -The Jupiter Amplifier: Jupiter in Leo adds a massive dynamic energy to the mix, hinging a "BIG" tag onto this aspect and promoting a lasting legacy that pushes humanity forward. -The Lunar Trigger: While the outer planets move slowly, the Moon transiting Libra acts as the crucial fifth point. The Moon unites these five archetypes of transformation, serving as the immediate catalyst that begins a collective bursting through old paradigms. With Uranus and Pluto intensely breaking old patterns, this extraordinary planetary cradle acts as a true launching pad for elevated cultural consciousness. RICK LEVINE: is a world-renowned astrologer, scholar and author. He continues to be a widely respected voice in the global astrology community, giving professional talks and seminars around the world. Are These Relationship Boundaries Fair or Completely Toxic? | Chris Bulik
Don't forget to LIKE, SUBSCRIBE, and turn on notifications so you never miss an episode of The Glen Gilbert Connection. Your support helps us continue creating honest conversations about relationships, boundaries, healing, personal growth, and navigating modern dating. In this episode of The Glen Gilbert Connection, Glen Gilbert is joined once again by Chris Bulik from The Good Faith Podcast to break down some of Reddit's most complicated relationship dilemmas. They react to a woman whose longtime male friend confessed his love despite knowing she was a lesbian, a boyfriend who publicly portrays his girlfriend as "hysterical" in front of friends, and a heated debate about whether going clubbing while in a committed relationship is a reasonable boundary or a major red flag. Glen and Chris also discuss pedestalizing partners, protecting your partner's reputation, validation, trust, and the challenges that can quietly sabotage otherwise healthy relationships. The conversation continues with a relationship strained by anxious attachment, where one partner's insecurity pushes the other toward a breaking point. Glen and Chris explore the importance of self-awareness, personal accountability, and why no relationship can fix problems that someone refuses to address within themselves. They wrap up by discussing a common communication mistake: planning your response instead of truly listening. Through personal stories and practical insights, they explain how empathy, presence, and emotional awareness can transform relationships and create deeper connection. DAMTT: Missing Teeth, Jaws, and Sporks
The podcast pals are together in studio again! Stacy is in town for a “bloodletting,” and because she’s en route to a wedding in CT. The blood draw was for a health update, and it only took the vampire/phlebotomist a few tries to get the four vials. Meanwhile, Eric’s Waterpik is so effective it dissolved the tooth that was put in as a temp. Now Eric has two missing teeth and food sensitivity which lends itself to finding a dentist as a show sponsor. Eric’s planning a trip to Point Roberts, WA, a peninsula you access by going into, and out of, Canada. But the real question is will Gertie kayak and do ducks beef? For their CBS segment, Stacy talks about sharing the movie, Father of Bride (the remake) with one of her daughters and their friend which takes her on a nostalgic trip down memory lane. Eric does the heavy lifting of this episode after watching Jaws, Duel, and starting The Sopranos. The first two were directed by a young Steven Speilberg and the last is now considered iconic HBO television which was influenced by The Godfather cinema universe and has a great soundtrack as evidenced by the inclusion of music by Tindersticks. Eric deems all three of his CBSs worth the watch. As for which utensil is the MVP, Eric likes to spoon while Stacy likes to fork. Informed Life Radio 07-17-26 Health Freedom on the Ballot
Episode 375 | Health Freedom on the Ballot Erica Comerford, Director of Political Affairs for Stand for Health Freedom, joins us to discuss SHF’s state-specific voter guides, including for Washington’s 2026 primary election on August 4. The guide sets forth SHF’s endorsements and recommendations of candidates whose survey responses and public records have been carefully vetted for their positions on health freedom, informed consent, parental rights, privacy, school-based health centers, agency power, and related issues. Erica explains how SHF’s candidate survey and vetting process have evolved over multiple election cycles, what voters can learn when candidates answer direct questions, and how citizens can use the guide alongside their own research. She also shares her own path into health freedom advocacy, including her experience leaving the healthcare field after her medical sovereignty was not honored. We also discuss SHF’s broader work, including calls to action, model legislation such as the Medical Freedom Act, the Guarding Liberty legislator email series, Health Freedom Institute courses and articles, book club resources, and practical ways advocates can encourage candidates to take clear positions. Mystic Radio - 07-17-26 - Robin & Mary welcome Dr. Nels Rasmussen
In this heartfelt episode of Mystic Radio, Robin and Mary welcome Dr. Nels Rasmussen — a longtime friend, collaborator, retired chiropractor, energy healer, and former co-host of the beloved Past Lives, People and Pets segments with Bob and Robin. Together, they explore the powerful bond between people and their pets, especially during times of grief. Dr. Nels shares how deeply animals can feel and respond to the emotions of the people they love, sometimes carrying stress, shock, or tension in their own bodies. He explains how gentle energetic support can help both pets and their people begin to settle and heal. A central theme of the conversation comes through Bob’s memorable message: “If you’re into guilt, you’re playing God.” Robin, Mary, and Dr. Nels reflect on how guilt can keep us stuck in regret, replaying what we wish we had done differently, instead of allowing ourselves to return to the present moment with compassion. Mary brings a grounded perspective on what happens in the body during shock and loss, while Robin shares tender memories from Bob’s final days — moments that reveal the beauty, honesty, and love that can still be present even in the deepest grief. The episode also honors Bob’s continuing presence through nature, including the pink dogwood tree planted in his memory and the spearmint rituals that help keep his spirit close. Warm, compassionate, and gently uplifting, this episode reminds us that healing is not a straight line. It is something we move through with love, with support, with our animals, with nature, and with the quiet signs that remind us we are not alone.
