Money Is the Least Interesting Thing - Natalia Richardson on Intimacy, Union, and Being Fully Seen

Natalia Richardson is one of the most embodied people I know, and one of my favorite people to spend time with in person. So I brought her on to talk about the thing most of this industry skips right past.We get into what intimacy actually means, and it's almost never about sex. It's the depth of being fully seen, the place where you stop hiding any part of yourself, and the exact same thing shows up in your business as the masks you wear to be chosen. We talk about why money is the byproduct and never the point, why reinventing yourself out loud is a strength and not a sign you're lost, and what it looks like to release people, clients and partners and even family, with love instead of a fight. Natalia is the founder of the High Frequency CEO, an identity, impact and intimacy architect, and a private advisor and channel to visionaries stewarding wealth, devotional union, and extraordinary missions. You can find her on Instagram www.instagram.com/theGenesisChord.To view more of my work, connect with me and get information around how to work with me, come hang out on Instagram www.instagram.com/theamandaswiger

Meet a New Version of Yourself - Katy Culver on Travel, Retreats, and Refusing to Settle

Katy Culver gave up her Brooklyn apartment two years ago, called it an experiment so it wouldn't feel so terrifying, and has been meeting new versions of herself all over the world ever since. In this conversation we get into why changing your environment might be the fastest way to change who you are, what happens in a room full of people who see you at your highest potential, and why she keeps following the thing that lights her up even when it isn't the logical next move. Katy is a business mentor and identity expander for visionary women who are allergic to settling, and she is exactly the kind of person I started this podcast to put in front of you. She's hosting a retreat in Portugal this October called Becoming Limitless. No Big Deal - Christi Chiarulli on Sales, Power, and Why the Circumstances Were Never the Problem

Christi has been in love with sales since she was buying pencils in bulk to resell in grade school. By college she'd sold out an entire apartment complex as a freshman and negotiated herself a four-bedroom to live in. She is one of my favorite people on the internet, and one of the sharpest minds I know on why sales is not a dirty word, it's power. In this conversation we get into what actually separates the woman who thrives from the woman who struggles, and it's not her circumstances. We talk about why you should stop pedestaling every successful person you follow, how grace for difficult people is really a gift to yourself, and why the coaches who never had a real business before coaching are setting their clients back. Christi is a business strategy coach and sales master for female entrepreneurs, building sustainability and balance with no fads and no crash outs.To learn more about Christi head to her IG https://www.instagram.com/christichiarulli/To view more of my work, connect with me and get information around how to work with me, come hang out on Instagram at www.instagram.com/theamandaswiger

Nobody Makes It Out Alive - On My Diagnosis, and Why I'm Only Interested In Living In My Power

This is a more personal one, and a bit shorter than usual.I've been diagnosed with multiple sclerosis and this episode I get into what it's been like, the symptoms I'm learning to live with, the anger at how long it took to get here, and the strange thing that happened once the dust settled. Because when I sat with the question of what I'd be known for if I died tomorrow, the answer made me furious, and it also made me certain. I am so much more than the work I do and this woke me up to all the things I have been putting on the back burner. This diagnosis should feel like a cage. Somehow it feels like permission. If MS has touched your life, my inbox is open. Come find me at www.instagram.com/theamandaswiger.

Born to Be a Black Sheep - Linda Ivelisse on Going First and Refusing To Be The Good Girl

Linda Ivelisse has spent a lifetime being told to be the good girl, and she has spent the last stretch of it refusing. This conversation is about what happens to women who stop shrinking, especially women over 40 who are told the interesting part of their life is behind them. We get into good girl conditioning and how much of it is still running the show for grown women with real businesses, what it actually costs to go first when nobody around you is going, and why Linda decided that being the black sheep was never a problem to solve. To learn more about Linda and to connect with her, please head to https://www.instagram.com/thelindaivelisse/To view more of my work, connect with me and get information around how to work with me, come hang out on Instagram www.instagram.com/theamandaswiger

Nobody Wants to Hire a Robot - On Using AI Without Losing Yourself

It is so obvious to me when someone has never read their own content out loud before posting it.I use AI constantly. It edits my photos, it culls my images, it has turned fifteen hour jobs into ninety minutes, and I am not sitting on some ivory tower pretending otherwise. This episode is about the line between using it and handing your voice over to it, and what I think is actually underneath that handoff. I get into the year my content was mostly written by a bot and why I stopped, the client I made listen to herself back at a photo shoot, and what my wife said to me when I told her I felt like I'd lost my voice. There are people who want to be bought in on you. Give them something real to buy into.To view more of my work, connect with me and get information around how to work with me, come hang out on Instagram www.instagram.com/theamandaswiger

Feel Something First - On Conviction, Being Disliked, and the Photo I'm Scared to Make

If you want someone to buy from you, you're going to have to make them feel something. But you cannot make your people feel the yes without making a whole lot of other people feel the exact opposite. And getting ok with that is how you build more personal power and conviction. This episode is me being really honest about my journey with that. I talk about a year I spent only able to feel one thing, about the person in my life who taught me the most about not needing to be liked, and about a photo I'm genuinely scared to go make.Applause was never the metric unless its how loud your own applause for yourself can get.To view more of my work, connect with me and get information around how to work with me, come hang out on Instagram www.instagram.com/theamandaswiger

Everyone Sounds the Same - On Critical Thinking, Yapping, and Keeping Your Own Voice.

Every so often the industry crowns a new queen. The queen of messaging, the queen of ads, the queen of yapping. Someone rose to real success doing their own thing, turned it into a method, and now half your feed sounds exactly like her.I have a bone to pick, and it's not with her. This episode is about what happens after. The way everyone starts talking the same, sounding the same, borrowing the same voice, and quietly losing the one thing that actually makes people stop and listen. I get into why I could clock someone I love buying a challenge from two videos, why the person who sold you the method keeps winning while everyone copying it crashes, and the difference between being inspired by someone and disappearing into them. And yes, I get into what AI has to do with all of it.This one's going to piss some people off. I'm okay with that.To view more of my work, connect with me and get information around how to work with me, come hang out on Instagram www.instagram.com/theamandaswiger

Burn It Down - Brianna Michelle on Rebuilding From Your Real Story

Brianna Michelle built her first million business and then she burned it down.In this conversation we get into the thing she and I both lived through: leaving the wedding industry, buying into the "just say these words and you'll have a hundred thousand dollar month" era, and realizing the whole thing was built from who we thought we had to be instead of who we actually are. We talk about why your stories are the most valuable thing you own, why critical thinking has become a lost art, and how the girly, the dramatic, and the "too much" have been the asset all along. Brianna is the creator of the Million Dollar Story Method and the founder of the Star Power Movement. She takes women who are undercharging and blending into a sea of sameness and helps them turn their actual lived experience into positioning that makes them the obvious, only choice. She has helped clients go from five figure months to multiple six figures by building businesses that finally match the depth of their work. The link to join her upcoming 3 day event OWN IT is https://brianna-young.mykajabi.com/offers/ZXUsGkUn/checkoutAnd you can follow her over on IG at https://www.instagram.com/thebriannamichelle_/To view more of my work, connect with me and get information around how to work with me, come hang out on Instagram www.instagram.com/theamandaswiger

Begging You To Play - The Phrase That Changed Everything

I woke up one cold morning in January feeling like I could walk away from this entire career. I'd built what most people dream of and it felt pointless. This episode is the story of how I found my way back, and it runs through a retreat in the Blue Ridge Mountains, a lifelong eye-roll at astrology, the girl I was in 2011, and the one sentence that came out of my mouth and rearranged how I see my work, my clients, and myself. Your power is begging you to play. And I can't wait to dive in and tell you how I see play and why its one of the most important things for your brand. To view more of my work, connect with me and get information around how to work with me, come hang out on Instagram @theamandaswigerAnd please follow https://www.instagram.com/artemisaligned/ aka Sarah and my fabulous coach Katy https://www.instagram.com/thekatystuart/
