In this episode, I share a recent experience that reminded me how quickly urgency can take over our thinking—especially when something shifts in our health or life and we feel pressure to figure everything out immediately. But what I discovered is that urgency often makes discernment harder to access. When our nervous system is rushed and reactive, clarity tends to disappear. In this conversation, we explore why slowing down is sometimes the most important step we can take—not to avoid decisions, but to return to the calm and steadiness where discernment becomes possible again.
