Although many practices of self care overlap one another in the benefits they provide, it is important to note how to practice each one. Having the knowledge in your tool belt reduces the chance of burnout or exhaustion. The Self Care Series Emotional Self Care is one of the most neglected component of self care. Often due to learned trigger responses that has developed due to past experiences, trauma, or people.
