Camp Screamo and More!
This week was a week for Greg to air his grievances with Alex and her wacky ways. We bring you guys in to one debate (about brain surgery!) we were having right before hitting record and then talk a bit about some other things that happened this passed week. From the Homerun Derby, All-Star Game and seeing Story of the Year and Silverstein in Asbury, NJ. Greg also sends an SOS to you all because he’s pretty sure Alex is trying to murder him while she says he’s just being dramatic. You guys can be the judge!

Catching up on a bunch of Greg’s random topics.
This week we definitely gave you all a random one! Our structured chaos consisted of a bunch of sports news, Lil Wayne no showing his own concert and how pop tarts were stolen by Kellogs. We also start getting excited for spooky season (because when aren’t we?) and talk about the ring girl, how Hellraiser is making his mark at Horror Nights this year and a Paranormal Activity broadway play. Lots of random topics in this one for sure but we definitely enjoyed talking about it all!

Mets Vs. Phillies Games with TSL and HH365
Happy 4th of July everyone! This week we talk about our very baseball filled weekend. Starting on Friday when we drove out to Citi Field to meet a few friends of ours, Ken, Brian and Tom (Philly fans) from a certain favorite band of ours. We somehow enjoyed the Mets loss and saw some pretty good Citi Field fireworks. Then on Sunday we took another trip back out to Citi Field with our friends Jarad and Terry from Halloween Haunt 365 (also Philly fans!). Once again, we somehow enjoyed ANOTHER Mets loss (and got to see the Apple raise and hear a Freddy audio clip). We also gave these Philly fans a small tour of some of the good parts of our hometown in New York. It was definitely a great weekend and one we’ll remember for a long time!

Catching up on this last week
This week we talk about some random things that went on. Like Greg losing his wallet for the 100th time and our nephew running into a NBA finalist at Six Flags. We talk about how some Knicks players will be at this year’s Fanatics fest and the prices being charged to meet them. Oh, and let’s not forget that Halloween is starting to pop up everywhere. Michael’s Halloween collection is already out and Spirit Halloween banners have officially claimed its first store corpses. We can smell the pumpkin spice already!

From winning 16 out of 19 postseason games, to coming back from Tom Brady like deficits, the NY Knicks are once on top of the NBA! We talk all about Greg’s childhood fandom of the Knicks to Alex’s postseason love that she found in Jalen Brunson. This is not a dream, Your long, long wait has ended, Go ahead and cry. After 53 years, the Knicks are finally NBA champions once again!

Our Theme Park of Closed Rides
If you could make your own amusement park out of ONLY rides that are no longer around, what would your park look like? This week we talk about all of the rides and shows that we would choose. No park is off limits! We go from Disney and Universal Studios, to Six flags and a local boardwalk haunted house. We feel even more passionate about these rides that no longer exist and some are an instant no thank you. What we do know for sure is that there are a lot of rides and shows that we miss so much and wish that this park of ours could become a reality!

This week in Sports and Haunts
This week we have a random sports talk. From (of course) the New York Knicks being in the NBA finals to Johan Santana’s no hitter back in 2012 and where we were during it. We also mention Steph Curry’s new deal and a crazy story about a baseball fan that thought they were unlucky but turned out to be very lucky instead! Another quick topic was how Philly haunts are changing the game for the better with their hiring process. Another random one but a fun one for sure!

Breakout Dance - Watch Along
This week Greg and Alex celebrate getting through 9 years of not killing each other. We talk about our wedding 9 years ago and more specifically, our first dance. We do our first ever watch along and watch our first dance (which was a homemade breakout dance!). From all of the practices that went into it, to all of the songs that we mixed and the moves and that we created, to the complete surprise on everyone’s faces when they saw a breakout dance happening before their own eyes. We aren’t too sure how we made it this far together, but we do know that we had a lot of fun doing that dance! To follow along with the watch along, click the link below when we tell you to in the episode!https://youtu.be/Jvj-qmM-kNU

Episode 350!
Somehow we made it to 350 episodes! This week we talk about the past episodes and what we plan on doing for the next 350 episodes. Greg’s idea for this one was naming 350 random things and even though we named about 30 things (and ventured off onto tangents about those things) we decided to save that one for another time. Instead we spoke about why we started this podcast and why we continue to do it each week, regardless of what crazy thing life throws at us. Here’s to the next 350 episodes!

Foo Fighters at Starland Ballroom!
This week we talk all about our experience seeing the Foo Fighters perform a secret show at Starland Ballroom in NJ. After all of the waiting and exhaustion to get there, we did it! It’s safe to say that it was so worth it all and we would do it all over again. Never in All My Life did we think we’d see the Foo Fighters in such an intimate type of venue. It’s Times Like These we would wait Everlong to do it all over again because man, Foo Fighters… you are My Hero, and if you ever get the chance to see them live, they surely will get The Best of You!

Foo Fighters Camp Out
What happens when Foo Fighters announce a secret show in NJ? Obviously we wake up at 3:00am and camp out to get our tickets! It was a long and crazy experience but one we will never forget. Who went out at 3am and camped out? Greg or Alex? Did we acquire our tickets? Are we still figuring out when we will catch up on sleep? So many questions to be answered. All we know is we love Foo Fighters coming over to our town and bringing ticket sales back to the 90’s!

Story of the Year - A.R.S.O.N.
This week… it’s all about A.R.S.O.N. Story of the Year’s new album which is filled with absolute bangers. From track one all the way through, we cannot say enough good things about this album. It’s wild to us that Story of the Year has been doing this for over 20 years and they still continue to make great music. So, here we are impatiently waiting on tour dates so we can use their shows as therapy and scream each and every word back to them!

Naming All Sports Teams
This week we decide to test our mental sports skills and try to name all the teams from all four major U.S. sports leagues. We swore that we could name them all off the top of our heads and figured why not make an episode out of it! Oh yeah, it’s also harder than you think when you get put on the spot. Be warned… we were overly exhausted and partly delirious!

Especially our daughters, who made us go back in at the end to say goodbye to all of the cosplayers! Waldorf Estate of Fear - 2025
We are back once again with another haunt episode! This time we walk you through our experience at Waldorf Estate of Fear. Then add in some horror icons, zombies and slaughterhouse crazies… this one never disappoints! In each of its 4 attractions, you're in for interactiveness like never before. If you’re in the New York area this haunt is a bit of a drive, BUT we promise it’s worth it.

Valley of Fear is celebrating their 35th year and we can see why they have been around so long! From amazing makeup artists to well thought out kills, they did not disappoint. We were able to visit some movie icons and board a larger than life pirate ship. This was one of the most interactive haunts we have done in a while and we can’t wait to see where they go from here! It’s safe to say Valley of Fear set the bar high for our 2025 haunt season.
