    Episode 4, Soapbox Voltron

The hero no one asked for: Soapbox Voltron. Here to save the day and give you an extremely long lecture about how to be a good person. Please don't report us for copyright infringement. Alternative title to today's episode: "They're called lyrics, dumbass." (NOTE: We recorded this way before we released our last episode, so you'll notice that we refer to this episode as episode 3. Just chalk it up to us being fools!) Poems brought this episode: "Bismillah" by Rumi, Song of Myself,  part 20, from "Leaves of Grass" by Walt Whitman, "Ants" by Avery, "Untitled" by Vico.

    Episode 3, Black Poets

This is a special episode in light of the Black Lives Matter protests happening throughout the world. We decided to raise up the poetry of black writers. If you go out and protest, stay safe. Educate yourself and donate if you can. Poems in this episode: "what everybody knows now" by Jacqueline Woodson, "Lord, In My Heart" by Maya Angelou, & "First they came..." by Martin Niemöller https://www.theokraproject.com/ Stream to donate here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WKo8OrBdLz8

    Episode 1, Aw Rats!

Our inaugural episode where we introduce ourselves, mispronounce French words, and read two rodent related poems. Why? It's the year of the rat, of course! We promise our theme's will make more sense next episode.
