In todays episode I look at our goalkeepers and our defence with an eye to next season, does Kepa stay, is Setford set for a loan, is White going to challenge Timber for a starting right back spot? Can Ricky appear as the first 3,10 hybrid? Probably he can but can he stay fit?

This was not the podcast that I hoped to do, this was the podcast I needed to do for therapy purposes. With nothing on the game the main thing was to avoid injury getting a positive result a nice to have but the meat of the day was simply to get the trophy back into our hands. Slow news day as we await Palaces visit to Man City, Ben Whites season is seemingly over and he's been a hero of a player for us

Following our 1 nil win away to West Ham the media are intently focused on VAR correctly disallowing what would have been a West Ham equaliser. It has taken a toll on the enjoyment of the result and the title run in as once again we are subjected to ragebait and other energy sapping content based on at best whataboutery and most likely what is disingenuous media reporting. Spurs are still in a relegation battle so that's nice

That was joyous and pleasurable for 20mins until Ben White went off and Mikel Arteta went mega mind with the replacements and induced much more stress than we wanted or needed. Gary Neville was insufferable on co-coms, Leo Trossard and Martin Odergard stepped up and David Raya saved out backside, but the title is in our hands and we edge ever closer to it.

Arsenal head to the London stadium knowing we have a 2 point lead after City won 3 nil against Brentford, so our margin for error is still low but we maintain control of our own destiny.Start strong start right put the game to bed as early as possible and rest players when the job is done.
