Ask the Expert

Ask the Expert is a project of the Youth Media Ambassadors at Communities for Youth. Each month we interview a professional working on youth mental health and well-being to decode the supports and services that are out there for teens. We also ask 3-4 ANONYMOUS questions from teens across the state. Idaho teens can submit questions here: https://forms.gle/J7TgVgz5B8iYHkyt5Questions can be about things like therapy, counseling, or other treatment, but they can also be about other topics like relationships (friends, boyfriends/girlfriends, parents), managing stress, stuff about school or other topics. If it relates to youth mental health well-being (and most things do) we want to hear about it.
