He relies on a different approach, one that is both traditional and yet revolutionary: Fred chooses to grow his grapes using the biodynamic method for reasons he explains in our podcast.

Ludwig Holzer is the head of wine exports at Winzer Krems, a unique wine production business, with over 1000 members who contribute to the production.
