What was supposed to be one has now become two. In the first part of our finale, Oliver and Connor break down some of the statistics and their implications throughout all the challenges on the podcast. Whew. Emily is a busy lady. She's a single mother, doing in school, and killing it all. This episode, she's paying extra careful attention to her diet. Not to lose weight, but on principle. Plus, another BONUS segment full of uncomfortable feelings! Enjoy!

This week we have got a man of many names. Nate. Natred. Technically his name has been Pickles for a bit. He has a challenge that delves in to his mental state on a daily basis. The episode was already over an hour, so the bonus segment will be next episode. Have a badass regular weekend!

Whoooo! That took a while. Couldn't get a hold of Rusel for a reason better outlined in the episode and there was some ugliness at the end I didn't quite know how to handle. It all took a second. So....Rusel is here! He's a character who is doing a mental health challenge. Ends up being super emotional. Also, Alysse couldn't make it. We attempt to put a proper criticism together in the clutch!

This week we have Lydia a Bio major student/lab assistant/researcher on twig girdlers. She's a woman of many hats, but can she do some 12 grade+ reading for 30 days? Also, Alysse was supposed to be on to criticize one of the hosts, but couldn't make it. She'll be on next week.

Last episode to release this week! We made it! We have Ben in to talk about his challenge, working in super high heights, and Frank Zappa. Also, we have a special BONUS segment signifying the end of one of the host's 30 day challenges. That was pretty quick. LASTLY: We have been doing our intros the day the guest's challenge starts. This makes current events no-so-current. We're changing when we record the intro to the day the guest's challenge ends. The date of the podcast should jump by about a month, but we are still releasing podcasts regularly. Just an FYI.

This week on b30a, in the clutch, Andria stops by to try and thwart her cravings for sugar. Desserts and soda are no longer a go. Props to her for taking this challenge on such short notice. Got one more episode to release this week so STAY TUNED, or whatever the podcast version of that saying is.

Rounding up guests for the post 30 days is proving to be difficult, so to tie you guys over, we did a mini-er episode with future guest Emily. Emily, Erin, and I went around the table and told two habits we either tried or fell out of, why, and what we could do in the future to prevent such failure. Taking b30a on the road! Connor met up with Blue, a general of the nationwide unit, the Army of Mordor, at the Dagorhir event Dark Tides IX. Erin couldn't get off work, so this is a podcast sans Erin. Future podcast guest Ben takes over co-hosting for her before Blue starts his challenge. ALSO: Shout out to Castbox. Ah the lovable, on-again-off again fling of Erin, yet unreliable Thanny. Audio quality in the first half gets messy when he's late, and better when he's late again in the second half. His challenge: An hour of creative writing a day. Will he succeed? No spoilers, but I don't think he held anything back. It gets intense.

Alright. We fell a little behind due to the flu ravaging Connor's and Oliver's lungs, but we are back on track. Dj is Erin's good friend and loves comics.
