Backwoods and Brainstorms

On the day the US Catholic Bishops consecrated the United States to the Sacred Heart of Jesus, and just after an Anglican Bishop and priests consecrated the United Kingdom to Christ, Chad and Sanford felt it was time to talk about getting back to Jesus. 

Chad and Sanford get quite animated about the proposed PEACE bill in Oregon, which proposes making hunting, fishing, farming, and any other activity causing any harm to animals. 

Chad and Sanford talk about the impact off the rain in the region, and well, they did for a few minutes before going off in many different and interesting paths. 

Inspired by Chad's wife, Sara, Sanford and Chad talk about the impact technology has had on younger generations, reducing their ability to interact with others face-to-face and causing the destruction of our community.    In the past, if you needed a cup of sugar, you asked your neighbor. Today people do not even know who their neighbors.

Chad and Sanford rant and rave about the various scams they have faced, been suckered into, and reported to the authorities. Some interesting stuff, and the usual off-topic discussions for your amusement. 

Chad and Sanford discuss an experience from a recent political forum in which the Casey County Chamber of Commerce invited local politicians running for office to be interviewed and share information.  No politicians were injured or even mentioned in the making of this podcast.

Chad and Sanford talk about the challenges they face when having to change routines, which can be tough and necessary in our crazy world.

It took two attempts, and we got this podcast completed on Christmas time, talking about what we love about, some of the challenges and some interesting memories.
