S3 Ep. 3 When Your Yoga Instructor Is Your Therapist Pt.1

I started yoga when I was 20 years old. I was a sophomore in College and I wanted to become more flexible to prevent injuries I heard good things. I was hooked, it became a way for me to relieve stress and reduce injuries. I recently found a studio in Providence, RI where the instructor made me cry for the first time in a VERY long time. I've been to many funerals, and many tragic things have happened in my life, but a hot yoga class where I almost passed out made me cry. The instructor was motivating, yet authentic with her connections and her passion for the sport of Yoga. This passion led me to ask her to be on a podcast. This was by far one of my favorite podcasts because it was free therapy. Tara owns a studio in Providence Rhode Island called Love Offensive Yoga.
