A cup can represent our lives. What we choose to fill our cup with is what allows us to live our lives to our best and full potential. If we add too much “flavor” whether that be anger, frustration, denial, sadness, etc. or too little happiness, laughter, peace, gratefulness, or positivity, we can either overfill our cup of life or deprive ourselves of what we need in order to keep that cup full.
