From Ditch Digger to $30 Million: What Ken Rusk Taught Us About Bottlenecks
Most people would look at a basement-waterproofing company in Toledo, Ohio, and assume there is a hard ceiling on it. You dig holes. You pour concrete. You fix foundations. How big can that really get? Ken Rusk's answer is roughly $30 million a year, built from scratch, with no college degree and no venture money.
