Bink Bonk Boing

by Bink Bonk Boing

My name is Pierre Glitche (pronounced "Glee-shay", si vous plait!), and I have a little show called Bink Bonk Boing. Each week, I broadcast from a college station in the depths of Amish Country, Ohio, to bring you the cream of thumping...driving...bleeping analog synthesizer music. Hey - sometimes it's even analogue (That's for all you Brits! Love the "slang"! Or do you say "slangue"?? Cheers, amigos!).Anyhoo, I like to showcase the equipment and the techniques that I used when I was a ROCK STAR in the eighties - ever heard of "DIVIDE BY ONE" by BEAKER???I am joined by my famous home-brewed synth, the Heathcliff 150 and plenty of verbally abusive vocoders. Together we talk about the golden age of synth music right from my basement studio - the DREAM FACTORY. Occasionally, I even have guests stop by to discuss their careers, like the famous Herr Doktor Doktor Professor Karlheinz Strumpfhosen.I've also interviewed such pioneers as Richard Barbieri (from Japan and Porcupine Tree), M
