Just another mental health podcast. This podcast goes with the facebook page BipolarMeUK. I'm Michelle. I have no formal mental health education. This podcast is a sharing of stories, information and my personal opinion on mental health and bipolar topics. I do have 16 college credits from a community college in Tucson, Arizona as I was taking psychiatric technician classes to do intake for mental wards / hospitals. But it’s so few and it was 30 years ago sooo I don’t think it’s even relevant. I’m 49 and was diagnosed with bipolar at age 12. In therapy since age 8. I am unmedicated, which is a personal decision and not a recommendation for everyone. Due to a traumatic childhood in regards to neglect and abuse, it’s my opinion I developed bipolar.
