Director of one of the best episodes of Season A, Project Avalon was Michael Briant. Here he discusses his memories of filming - from almost killing half the crew with smoke, teasing Sally Knyvette into running around shouting "Bang, Bang!", Terry Nation's very late script and that damn robot.

A rebel spy captured by a deformed villain held in a secret base is tortured to reveal her secrets. The heroes break into the base and against overwhelming odds rescue the beautiful woman upon the fastest ship in the galaxy but all the while being tracked. Isla Blair has a career spanning six decades, over 60theatre credits and dozens of television and film performances. For many she is known for fantasy and sci-fi with notable appearances in Blake’s 7, Doctor Who, Space 1999, The Avengers and Indian Jones and the Last Crusade. Today she joins us to chat about those iconic roles and her wider life in performance.

With an acting career spanning almost 50 years, Carole Roylehas played almost every conceivable role from a Bulgarian spy in the Professionals , a tragic aging model in Black eyes, a controlling mum in Coronation Street and a Mutoid in Blake’s 7. Known primarily for Blake's 7 (where he was the only actor to have appeared in all 52 episodes) others will remember him from Doctor Who or ten years as a recurring character in Eastenders.His legacy will live on - but we want to pay him tribute.

Trevor Hoyle discussed with Terry Nation what the books should contain and how the character were developing. Trevor would go on to novelise a further eight stories in two more books.
