    # 12 The misconceptions of Instagram and your physique. - with Guest Ruby

What you see is not always what you get on IG from lighting, posing and cherry picking photos I see a lot of media that paints a false picture and down plays the work needed to achieve that athletic physic. I recently did a photoshoot and have been very up front and honest that how lean I got is NOT where I could stay if I wanted to be healthy, have balanced hormones, energy and continue to build muscle. I've put more body fat back on now and yes I still use my photos for social media but I'm always honest about that. However I still look shapely and sculpted. It is possible to get that body, just not in 12 weeks. That shit takes time. From changing lifestyle habits, learning to train in a way that will actually grow muscle and supporting it with nutrition...Ruby and I talk through all the things needed to build a physic like ours. you can find Ruby at https://www.instagram.com/transformxruby/ As always my DMs are open for a chat at https://www.instagram.com/strengthtraining.nutritionist/

She talk about how she reached her lowest point at 110kg and how she feels now finally in control of her weight while feeling the best she has and getting strong for her golden years.
