She is stuck in the past as the closeted Allison.Unfortunately for our story, the story quickly turns Death and the City as our Bonnie/Sammantha gets cut to ribbons in her NY apartment.Who is the murderer? Before the sisters can close the book on The Silent Patient, they attempt to do a quick 15 minute chat on the morality of novel. As usual, this takes 40 minutes to coverAussie Correspondent asks the important question on Theo's character arc - Theo appeared to be a rehabilitated person from abuse. However, by the end of the book we find that he is unable to escape his past and becomes an abuser himself. Discussion? Are abused people destined to become abusers themselves.
