Today we looked at how God is such a gentlemen, He waits on us to invite Him in. He takes His time with us and always go the extra mile for us. He is very gracious and merciful to us and let us take however much time we need and when we do decide to come back to our first live He sees us from afar and ran to meet us half way. In 2Timothy 2 Paul wrote to Timothy a few words of encouragement which is served as great teachings for us today. Hey friends welcome back this morning we looked at Colossians 3:12-17 which reminded us of the character of someone that has given their lives to Christ because when we accept Christ we are made new and our character changes. We begin to do things that glorifies Him alone. We begin to desire different things. I hope that this word was a blessing for you today. I love you, God loves you and may He be with you today. My friends God is so great, He is so loving that whether we see it in our lives or not He remains good because goodness is His character and God’s character doesn’t change it remains the same. So today, think about God’s goodness, contemplate on nature and think about the few verses spoken about today in the episode and see God for who He is and not what He can do for you. Isaiah 58:2-11 describes the kind of fast that God wants from us. The kind of Fast that He doesn’t want and it shows us that God has a standard of how He likes and wants certain things from us and that we should we should delight and please God by the help of the Holy Spirit. Good morning friends, today in our morning devotions, God reminds us this morning that we are saved by grace through faith and not by our works. Ou salvation is a gift from God it was freely given to us through Christ Jesus and nothing we do can buy our salvation because we are not perfect and we fall short. Thank God for Jesus Christ because if we believe in Him and accept Him as our personal Lord and Savior then heaven is ours. All we need is faith and the Holy Spirit will do the rest.
