    Nick Lloyd

    Nick Lloyd is a residential real estate investor and real estate agent in the Pittsburgh PA market. He focuses on buying fixer upper homes and small multi unit properties, managing the renovation of the property, and then either selling the property or keeping it in his rental portfolio. Nick has been active in the Pittsburgh investment market since 2012; he got his real estate license in 2017 which he uses to sell his own properties and also helps his clients buy/sell their homes or investment properties.
