    Followup (and lists)

    NO Negative touching

This episode is about how sometimes either the patient or the caretaker will wrongly use their hands. How sometimes negative touching can accidentally cause a bruise or intentional negative touching can be caused with remorse. The awareness of the elements surrounding these incidents must be acknowledged and discussed.Product for today is: https://amzn.to/4cgJ4QK

    Let's GO!

This idea started in 2023... so the first few episodes are raw. Now, in 2026.. I am just overflowing with information to share. So.. let's start here.

  9. 9

2023: Hallways of Hospitals long past: Flashback

I wouldn't be able to talk about today's hallways without the memories of the others... there are hallways in my past, present and certainly in my future. Hallways that I don't want to see. But it will be okay--it always is.

  10. 8

    2023: Calm After the Storm

The title is the description. #WOW.. what a few weeks.

  11. 7

    2023: He's been worse

Crazy journey over the past 18 hours with my husband. You will notice my voice varies. The first segment is fresh out of the hospital (my voice is filled with fear and worry) and the second portion is after work a few hours later. Thank God bumbles bounce.

  12. 6

    2023: Full Day

I am sure that you all have full days, this arena just happens to be where I am going to complain about mine.

  13. 5

    2023: How are you?

Sometimes life is too much of things that aren't invited and beyond the control of my structured life. I had a meltdown and it involved a lot of cursing.

  14. 4

    2023: I DON'T NEED A THERAPIST

The title is where my head started with this process.

  15. 3

    2023: Be prepared, rehabilitation edition

So just a note.. even with my preparation and diligence, I was still at the rehabilitation center at 12midnight to talk with the nurses and explain the protocol for medications, he need for interaction, that he has "sundowners syndrome" and to just love him.

    2023: Angry and Lonely

I was bullied and tried to channel the energy the following day. This is a two part discussion, so you might hear an audio variation. There is a reference to Leonard Cohen - Dance Me To The End of Love, take a moment to search and listen.
